Although I am against pot prohibition, I do not see such as an issue that would strike fear into the average GOP Senator.

The phrase Focus on Marijuana is intrinsically funny.

the guy is pretty much saying that African-americans are primarily motivated by pot.

someone’s race riot sirens should be going off somewhere.

I don’t see how appointing a constitutionalist will hurt states rights arguments over cannabis.

Is it a schedule one drug? If so, it should be removed.

Dead letter. Marijuana legalization is well on its way, and not the issue the author thinks it is.

Anti-prohibition is a conservative issue - it’s about reining the federal government back into its Constitutional bounds.

9th and 10th amendments forbid the current controlled substances laws, and a genuinely conservative, law-abiding court will overturn them.

Hauser is paranoid. There’s no indication that Kavanaugh is more against pot than any other future nominee. Apparently, Hauser is too deluded to realize what Democrats really want to do with the pool of slaves in reserve.

The pot ploy has been tried in many campaigns. I think it’s hilarious. Blacks get the bad end of it but pot is so white now.

It’s hard to take anyone seriously when they make idiotic claims like this. Yeah, Sessions fought tooth and nail for the death penalty becuase someone smoked pot. Zheesh.

Marijuana reform is one of the most important new political issues of this era and it’s about time Democrats and progressives take it seriously.

Yeah, right.

“This past June, Oklahoma—Oklahoma!—voted to legalize marijuana.”

Oklahoma voted to legalize *medical* marijuana. They are still fighting over the regulations, however. Recreational may be around the corner tho. The sig-limit on the petition to get it on the ballot was met yesterday.

There were more people voting at my precinct this last June than I’ve ever seen before.

hasher’s delirium to write that

define “soured on the KKK”. Implies he was a fan until he learned many klansmen smoke dope. Apparently these white supremacists don’t score their weed from any brown or black or yellow people.

The Dems should be toking up. All the time. 24/7. Give them plenty of Doritos and turn up the Pink Floyd. They’ll sit on the couch and stay out of our way.
