FALMOUTH (CBS) – Protesters demonstrating against President Donald Trump on Cape Cod accuse a plow driver of intentionally spraying them with slush.
“I was horrified,” said demonstrator Jane Fitzpatrick. “As soon as I saw the truck come from there and head towards us, it was clear that he was driving right towards us and I just thought, Charlottesville.”
She was referring to an incident in Falmouth on Monday, that others are calling an assault on free speech.
Several dozen demonstrators were on the town common, protesting President Trump’s policies, when a snowplow truck came very close to them.

Curious why she would think that and not an Islamic terrorist who did run people over with a truck on Bastille day in France killing 86 people or the attack in the liberal sphincter hole posing as a city, New York city as well killing 4. Then the 2016 attack in Berlin killing 12 when an Islamo drove a tractor trailer into people. Then we had the truck attack in 2017 in Sweden killing 4, then the van attack in London killing 8, then the 13 killed in Spain by a van, but she immediately thinks of Charlottesville and the guy with schizophrenia.
They just do that for fun. Nothing political.

The purpose of Smollett’s hoax was to add another “memory” minorities and liberals would be able to freak out about in the future. The media went along with it in an attempt to create fear and divide and harm society.
Even if Smollett’s biggest goal wasn’t dividing society, many in the media only had that purpose in mind while discussing (no journalism or reporting here) the “attack”. Seems like the perfect “exhibit A” when accusing them of being “enemy of the people”.
Even if it hadn’t been a hoax, there are ways to report on it without encouraging more fear and more attacks. The media knew what they were doing when they chose the way they discussed it. Many of them understand journalism and actively choose not to practice it on a daily basis.
A thinking person would see the plow coming and move away a few feet. I know, we’re talking about dems, But still...
The police charged the poor guy with disorderly conduct. It proves again that no good deed goes unpunished. I personally think that the City should give him an award for public service.

There are two possibilities here that one, the driver was in the street and not on the grass and the vehicle is designed to do what it did so it should have been expected, and two, if he sent up such a wall of slush, it was there and needed to be moved anyway. And the “protesters” shouldn’t be that close to the road as that might happen.
But what concerns me the most is that a liberal with the powers of Nostradamus is a frightening picture. Assumptions are the fueled spark of foolhardy, liberal information soaked people. They need protection.
