Something extraordinary was revealed today. Former high-level officials and scientists with deep black experience who have always remained in the shadows came forward on one platform. These insiders have long-standing connections to government agencies which may have programs investigating unidentifed aerial phenomena (UAP/UFOs). The team includes a 25-year veteran of the CIAs Directorate of Operations, a Lockheed Martin Program Director for Advanced Systems at Skunk Works, and a former deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.
Today marked the official launch of To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science (TTS/AAS) an innovative Public Benefit Corporation which will advance research into unexplained phenomena and develop related technology. It has established three synergistic divisions: Science, Areospace, and Entertainment. We believe there are discoveries within our reach that will revolutionize the human experience, says company President and CEO Tom DeLonge. Please see my previous story,- released yesterday - for background on todays announcement which was live-streamed and is archived on the company website.
According to a TTS /AAS statement, its team members who have been operating under the shadows of top-secrecy for decades believe that there is sufficient credible evidence of UAP that proves exotic technologies exist that could revolutionize the human experience.
This could represent the beginning of a trend towards a new openness on the part of the U.S. government. These people know more than any of us, and they will be releasing important data on UAP in the future. As an investgative reporter with a long standing interest in this subject, who has worked with a few Academy team members in the past, I was shown some of this data at a meeting with them on Oct 4.

Note most UFO sightings really began to be recorded after the invention during WWII of the turbo jet engine. That engine and the Black Ops (Skunk Works, etc.) are what most people saw or heard from 1947 to this very day.
Agreed.
Except for Skunk Works. Don’t disagree, just don’t know what it is so I shall trek over to google :)
Luis Elizondo, who appears to be the primary DOD person of importance in the article brought most of this information public in some older articles that were publish here at FR.

We're still discovering the laws of physics...
“It has established three synergistic divisions: Science, Areospace, and Entertainment.”
Uh huh.
My point isn't that there is no technology (maybe) or physics (definitely) beyond our understanding, it's just that that should be the outlier explanation after all others are exhausted. The automatic jump from "I don't know what that is" to "that's a craft from an interstellar alien race that travels easily through space and time" is illogical, captain.
LOL!!
Oh, yes. UFOs are real. And a threat. “UFO” means, in air-traffic parlance, any craft that is not using a transponder to signal to local air-traffic control what flight it is. Back in the day, UFOs were Soviet aircraft.
UAP is a broader term, but still in no way means what people think is meant by “UFO”: No alien space creatures. As for this corporation, it should be plenty telling that one of their three divisions is “entertainment.”
No, he didn’t. LOL
There’s an amazing, eye-opening book out there which sheds insight into this issue, entitled The Paranormal Conspiracy: the Truth about Aliens, UFOS and Mysterious Beings. Absolutely worth reading.
Does this book touch upon the spiritual component.
They'd be coming for the McDonalds hamburgers......
When the real revelations are actually revealed, we’ll listen.
This is a continuation of “there is going to be real news soon” stories from the UFO hunting community.
Somehow, in spite of many repeated such stories for at least three decades now, that “soon” never actually arrives.
Meanwhile many “UFO hunters” make careers running or employed in not-for-profit organizations supported by millionaires and the gullible who keep believing that “soon” is going to arrive soon.
When it actually does arrive, we’ll know. Meanwhile, I call these stories click bait teasers; because the capture audiences on the belief that something is going to be revealed, but nothing new is actually revealed; just more of there will “soon” be new news.
They are the proverbial “boy who cried wolf” stories on the UFO topic.
There MIGHT be something real to reveal about UFOs, but this story is another one of those stories that reveals nothing.

Absolutely. In fact this is at root a spiritual phenomenon.
