New Conservative News Site Joins the WWW!
GoodNewsAmerica.us is the latest conservative media entry circulating Breaking News from around the nation and the world. Ive been quite impressed with the scope of the features. For anyone hard pressed for time it offers an extremely wide variety of information and links directly to the originating Media sites all on one site. The editor has done a tremendous job of setting up and maintaining this site.
Its forum offers the ability to comment on these articles similar to Free Republic.com. I envision these sites working together synergistically. May I suggest that we support this new Media entry? I think that you will find it handy and useful in finding, circulating and updating articles of current interest on the Free Republic. It deserves our support and membership.
This site recently made its debut but the number of member signups remains low. The LIBS are beginning to take over the forums on this the site with their hateful rhetoric. Freepers to the rescue!
Let's not be so defensive. Competition makes this country great. I have a site, too, with a whopping 200 visitors since May. I use it as a tag line for all my e-mails. Mine's a hobby, but as I learn how to do more stuff, I might try to break out and make some real noise. But nothing will replace FR.
I took a look at the site, looks OK to me, I even signed up. A little busy but that's OK. Maybe I'll go over there and advertise my site. Very few people know about my site and my forum software is much better.
Maybe I could sell my software to all the sites I go to that have piss poor forums. I am pretty sure I could wip my into good shape for a few bucks. But FR has the best software going, I am still a few years behind but .....
Nice looking website in IE. A note to you though, I'm using Firefox 0.9.3 and the layout is completely out of whack. I'm no stylesheet expert so I can't offer any advice, but it's something you want to look at. Your middle main body is on the left, and every other column is off to the right, off screen. FYI.
Note my post above.
Best Regards to All at Free Republic
