OK, so the last one is real...but I'm not too sure about the others. ;)
Goldie Hawn is the most dramatic: from Hillary to cute through the magic of makeup (though I'm sure the "after" pic is her a few years back).

Funny, very funny. Barbra Streisand is amazingly horrific w/o make-up.

Naughty, naughty!
The last pair isn't a pair. That's Helena Bonham Carter made up for the remake of Planet of the Apes on the left.

Hi, Cameron! Botox shot, dear?
Actually, she appeared in Being John Malkovitch, opposite John Cusack, Malkovitch, and Catherine Keener, in a plain-jane mode such that I didn't even recognize her.a

Actually, Brittany Spears is a cute lil girl w/out make-up, as well.
I'm not sure why -- but that surprised me.

Remember Nicole Kidman in "The Hours"? I wonder how much make-up she needed for that role.

Cameron used to have a killer body - peep "The Mask" for reference.
Now she's skinnier than Ann Coulter.

I've seen "candid" pictures of Brittany in magazines overseas. She's a little chubby, and would easily blend in with a crowd.

I had to look up The Hours on IMDB to remember which film it was. Yes, she made herself up very plain to play Virginia Woolf. I'm not sure I even recognized her, although I did Meryl Streep and Julianne Moore, and of course Ed Harris. I'd forgotten Allison Janney was in that -- "C.J." the press secretary from West Wing on TV.

Actually, she looks like a regular ol' girl......the kind that can have babies and everything, and doesn't need help with her bulimia before she can carry to term.
