Yeah, year. I know. Wrong date. I already corrected it to 2005 on my Blog. And "gnawing" isn't spelled with a "k." SD

Your election vote did count. The pollsters are under no legal obligation to actually tally "your" vote. Are these pollsters "licensed"? No.
The media spins bogus numbers to alter the outcome of the election, it is fabricated news.
Same as I did not participate in the 2000 census. Why should I? Bill Clinton's administration had already said that they were going to try to estimate the missed people (poor, minority, etc.) so they were going to factor me out of the tally anyway.
Now the government is legally required to conduct that census but they were perpetrating a fraudulent survey of the population.

"Get ready for another big "outing" of another Florida Republican"
They are really stupid if they do that. The Republican base is getting angry and if someone is outed for political reasons then I believe it will blow up in their faces.

I know my vote counted, I was just playing DUmmie for a while. Since I told the pollster I voted for Bush, and I'm sure it didn't get marked down in their "report", my vote wasn't counted. See what I'm saying?

"I think this one was particually designed to target the social conservatives you "gave the GOP the win" last time"
I can't remember where I read this but maybe from David Corn but I do believe a 'list' of gays in the Republican party was sent to conservative organizations such as Focus on the Family and AFA. James Dobson says that they are trying to blackmail the conservatives into not voting. Blackmail in the form of 'you can't vote, it would make you a hypocrite.'
To: imskylark
Didn't they (the Democrat dirty tricks team) also try to blackmail Foley into voting "the right way" on same sex marriage?
Isn't that criminal?

IIRC, Clinton's victory in '96 was due to three main factors:
1. Clinton had signed everything Newt and Company sent his way, so the economy was doing great, Clinton appeared further to the right than he was, and the Republicans had nothing left to run on;
2. We had a somewhat lackluster presidential candidate in '96;
3. Perot.

"Get ready for another big "outing" of another Florida Republican." PJ, tell me you are NOT speaking of Harris. The thought of her swinging from the other side of the plate is depressing.

There are some who voted republican that might tell an exit poller the exact opposite of their vote....
To: GodBlessRonaldReagan
They equate voting without being bribed with menthol cigarettes and baloney sandwiches as "stealing the election."

That is also my pet peeve. I correct everyone I can in a heartbeat.
And my favorite was on the LIBERAL 'Today Show' this morning where they mis-reported the facts about the Foley case and then said........"And Bush keeps changing the topic by talking about the War in Iraq and Immigration." LOL!! Holy crap! He's talking about the concerns for the election? The nerve! Changing the topic? Liberals wouldn't know a valid election topic if it hit them in the head.

"...Year 6 election in a presidency usually goes to the opposite party..."
That's what Ann Coulter has been saying, and it's the main reason why she's not expecting Republicans to hold the House and/or the Senate this year.
