As you can see by the Dept of Justice link http://www.usdoj.gov/olp/colmconnollyresume.htm

The DOJ has placed this information upon its website, in an effort of plausible deniability.

As anyone can see, it is right there on the record.

Colm Connolly was a partner at the MNAT Law firm in 2001.

What is not noted upon the website is that Colm Connolly is nominated to be a US District Court Judge.

The MNAT law firm has "confessed" to filing mutliple Rule 2014 false affidavits to the Court, while it also is complicit in colluding with the TBF law firm in "planting" a paid associate of the TBF law firm into eToys as they nefariously seized control of a Federal Bankrupt Estate.

The 17 acts of Perjury, go unpunished, where the Dept of Justice will not even dare mention the name of the MNAT law firm.

Where the DOJ US Trustee's office did mention the acts, it only referred to the TBF law firm, in seeking to Disgorge TBF its fees.

The Law firm of TBF is now defunct, as is Kronish Lieb and Hutchins Wheeler (all connected to eToys or Bain/ KB issues).

Colm Connolly's office stated no investigation, no case and no charges. Despite the Confessions.

At the barest of minimums, Colm Connolly is guilty of Ethics violations for not assigning an independent prosecutor or referring the matter Formally to the Public Integrity Section.

The Delaware DOJ Attorney, Mark Kenney, actually told the SEC Bankruptcy Fraud Division to refrain from sending an Official Intergovernmental Letter for Official Investigation.

It is not just eToys, these guys are in Kmart, Finova, Goldman Sachs, Stage Stores and more.

Everywhere they go, the public gets the shaft and no investigation occurs.

eToys went public in 1999 for $8 billion and was bankrupt in 2000.

NO INVESTIGATION, smells to high heavan.

It is our case.

It is YOUR System of Justice.

Stand up and fight for your American Way of Life or LET IT GO!
