“If incontrovertible evidence came to light that showed Obama was not eligible, civil war would be unavoidable.” Old FRiend, if the dumbed down would riot rather than honor our Constitution, then it is time for that civil war to fire up! Pissing away our contract with the federal government is no way to end this once great Constitutional Republic. If we force the contract to be enforce and obamanoids use the Kenyan methodology of Obama and Raila Odinga, time for those foment the rioting to be flushed out and killed off. You don’t feed sugar to a raging bacterial infection.

The issue of ‘natural born’ is at the heart of Phil Berg’s case. Just presenting the vault copy will not address that central issue and it is something so convoluted, SCOTUS is the only way to reach a diffinitive answer.

Heard it before - blah blah blah

Get a life.

You are absolutely right, there is no way this challenge to Obama's Constitutional eligibility is going to usher in a Republican President. If he is not eligible, a Democrat will still be president. But that is not the point of the effort.

If the Constitutional requirements can be pissed upon, waived for this affirmative action deceiver, then the Constitutional contract we the people had is abrogated. That's something worth standing up to oppose don'tchaknow.

You are flatly wrong on this. Many sins are committed not out of hatred but indifference.

If Obama is our next president, then our federal government has decided that the Constitution may now be ignored.

Sounds like a “constitutional crisis” to me.... What we need is a long, dragged out series of congressional hearings. Anything to keep the rats busy and out of mischief - - such as passing tax hikes, “redistributing” other peoples’ money, and spending the country into oblivion.

***What kind of life do you have that you spend your time telling others to get one? And how many issues that you’re working on have had 5 cases appear before the supreme court? I already the answer to both questions: None.

I see you’re still doing the peanut gallery thing, sniping from afar, pretending to have a life, not addressing the meat of the issues. Talk about pathetic. Get a life.

You sound like the way democrats explain the constitution. You cant find anything in constitution that sounds like your post. And the constitution does not give SC power to regulate local elections even for candidates.

RE :If the Constitutional requirements can be pissed upon, waived for this affirmative action deceiver

That is being avoided by courts refusing to hear the issue. If they heard it and you were right, then they would be forced to waive it as you say, and they dont want to do that.

You folks should be in Minnesota.

Old FRiend, if the dumbed down would riot rather than honor our Constitution, then it is time for that civil war to fire up!

If there would be an alternative to having either a civil war, or having an ineligible person sworn in, wouldn't that third alternative be desirable?

I think the 20th Amendment would provide a solution, if the Court were willing to use it.

The election of the POTUS is not a local election. Federal jurisdiction in the oversight of a federal election.

No such thing. You are making this up. The constitution you throw around as sacred is made up.

Only in civil rights act can federal powers get involved.

Oh, now I see it. I think you must be a libertarian. I don’t take an unreasonably nth degree restrictive notion of government. I go by the full meaning of the constitution and it’s original intent.

RE :I go by the full meaning of the constitution and it’s original intent.

No you don't, you go by the ‘Constitution says what ever I want to get the president I voted for’ view of constitution, But Mark Levin explains original intent in his book, and how Bush vs Gore was wrong.

Even if SC followed constitution in Bush vs Gore, GWB still would have been elected president. They ran interference for purely political reasons. Do your homework before jumping onto issues.

read Levins, Men in Black

You and the other whackjobs keep using the false premise argument that anyone who criticizes you doesn’t care about the Constitution.

With all due respect, please read my initial comment. I'm on your side. We have a lot more to worry about over the next few months than whether Obama-lini was born in Hawaii or Kenya or East Bumfuk, Illinois.

Better we should be worried about what "The One's" New Steal or whatever he's proposing will do to our economy. One need only to read the history of 1930s America to know that the "New Deal" probably prolonged our economic woes at least 4 or 5 YEARS beyond where we, or anyone else in on Earth, should have suffered!
