(If you haven;t yet sen this video, check it out)
What can we say about this clip from the David Lettermans Late Show? Hell, even Letterman was at a loss for words.
Congratulations, Joaquin. Youve officially become the craziest person in a town crammed chock full of crazies.

Didn’t his brother die of “other drugs”?

I’d like to think he is going for an Andy Kaufman type longer term running joke....but I guess drugs are more likely.
I still wouldn’t be shocked if he is doing some kind of faux Borat style reality movie/gimmick.
To: slomark
Wrong. Rosie O’Donnell is the craziest man in Hollywood.
To: slomark
It’s ironic that the movie “Quills” has been on during the same week that he goes nuts in reality. His movie character gets crazy in “Quills”.

Didnt his brother die of other drugs?
Yeah. In a gutter outside a club owned by Johnny Depp who was living in France to keep his daughter away from the evil influence he peddled here in America.
On a side note. I saw Depp's version of willy wonka today and i'm still thinking "other drugs".

Sad. Looks like that family looses a lot to drugs.

Crispin Glover doesn’t need drugs to be weird.

I saw the clip-—I have also seen people with bipolar disorder that go off their meds and this is exactly how he is acting.

Yeah, he is crazy but I kinda like him more now. Celebrities coming on talk shows and pretending to be intelligent or interesting is inane. He turned the whole concept on its head and showed how idiotic the format is.

Umm hate to say it he didn’t have a daughter at that point and was living in LA.
I may not like his politics but I do like him as an actor.

My guess is that the movie studio made Joaquin do these “promotional” interviews in support of the film and Joaquin has absolutely no interest in doing them.
To: yazoo
He's my absolute favorite actor. We really need him to come back around.
Check out

*Quills
*The Gladiator
*Clay Pigeons
The man accepts nothing but hard morality play scripts.
Please come to, Joaquin. World needs you.

Yeah, River Phoenix wasn't it? Overdose. Looks like this one's headed in the same direction. Maybe he's got too much time on his hands. He should volunteer for some of Obama's community service projects.
