Of course he can change a tire. It's easy. You roll down the window and shout, "Hey Marine! Change the tire!"
Spark plugs are harder but it's the same thing.

Its great to see that Rush is getting to him! Keep up the good work!

The oil and tire may need change, and Obama may change it, but he will change the oil to water and the tire to a brick, call it stimulus and expect it to go another 200,000 miles.

I'm just waiting for this announcement:
President Obama announced today that his press conference scheduled for tomorrow will be pre-empted by another press conference for President Obama.
Following the press conference, President Obama will then address Congress, live on TV.
And, next year's Super Bowl is being postponed so President Obama can address the American people yet again, live on TV.

Ooh. Changing a tire in the dark! What a feat!
I read the title of this and thought it was serious. It sounds like something BO would do. It’s that narcissism.

The irony being he was riding around on a bike with flat tires while lecturing to us that if we just checked the air pressure in our tires we'd save enough oil to make up for off-shore drilling.

Yes, Rush is getting to him! Ha ha. Glad to see that he can clear two hours out of his day in these tough times to “prove” that he’s a man.
