That list is completely craptastic.

Oh, it came from Time? That explains it.

A Volkswagon Golf???

First off, Volkswagons are the crappiest built car ever made. Simply replacing a headlight is extended from a 2 minute snap into a 15 minute minute ordeal (not counting the on-line research, etc.). The engineers figured that they’d be creative by engineering cars from scratch, but they lost 100 years of discovering what not to do. For starters: don’t run electrical cables loosely right past the ash tray, or else be prepared to have your car’s electrical system require service every time anyone uses or fiddles with the ash tray. And why would I ever think of looking on the roof to find the clock? (At least the emergency flashers’ button are in a nice, very visible place. God help the person who drives an unfamiliar Buick without being instructed to feel around on top of the steering column for it.)

The list is poorly named. Exciting Vehicles? No motorcycles or jet aircraft? Forget it.

The list should be named “The Most PC Cars on the Market Today.”

Hyundai Genesis Coupe

This is a pretty nice car.
I’ve driven the sedan, and saw the coupe recently.
The only thing wrong with it is the canted “H” sympon in the middle of an otherwise beautiful grill/intake. Remove it, black it out or replace the grill and it’s good to go.

A car ride with Ted Kennedy behind the wheel would be a hell of a ride, literally.

Wow - what a bunch of non-choices for me - you could probably give me one but I wouldn’t be seen in most of them! I’ll just say other than the Taurus - they are effeminate

What is exciting about the Venza? Waiting to see if it will qualify for round two of Cash For Clunkers? It’s a station-wagon with 18 MPG. There’s not an interesting car here.

Kia Soul - its a Scion knock off, please.
And a wagon, even if it is a Caddy CTS, is still a wagon.

(My thoughts when the Dodge Magnum came out was, wow, nice station wagon gramma. I told my wife, “If they ever make that thing into a fast back I’ll buy it.” They did, and I did - I was in my ‘06 Charger before the end of July 2005 - the first month they were available in my area.)

Did somebody say excitement? I bought one of these. It's like having your own personal roller coaster with a steering wheel. :)
