We have a 2007 Camry, wouldn’t mind having another new Camry to replace the 1999 Olds. Do you think prices on new ones will also drop?

Toyota manufactured trucks and cars for the Japanese military among other items during World War II.

Not likely they will ever see dime-one from me.

I am hoping to cash in on “The sky is falling” thinking re: Toyotas and pick up a good deal on a used Highlander or similar crossover SUV later this year. My Toyota Sienna has over 150,000 miles on it and still going strong. I’m not worried about Toyotas, love mine.

One of the huge advantages of government owning car companies, they can force the others out of business.

Hey isn’t this what Chicago mobsters do ...

I’ve never owned a Toyota ... but, I may look into getting one at a bargain. I like bigger trucks and SUVs — so maybe a Sequoia, 4-Runner or Tundra are in my future.

Welcome to my world (still kicking self for buying 2007 Hyundai Entourage - a now-discontinued product).

I’ll take a used Toyota over a brand new GM any day of the week.
