No... what part of "Congress shall make no law..." is so hard to understand by some? The Tea Parties are not governemnt sponsored events. Private property more applies in this case, just like how on this site the admins and owners can determine what type of "speech" fits the context of how they want this private site run.
Was that speech not in front of a government building in a *public* setting?
