Very good post! I haven’t viewed your mediafire site yet but liked the idea that others should be prepared. My neighbor always said “I ain’t gonna be runnin’ a soup kitchen!” it is in everybody’s best interest to at least get the basics to include analgesics, prescription medication, and alternative medicine to your stash.
Essential oils, Naturopathy, and Herbology are my suggestions outside of the prescription realm. in fact you can check out my sisters site to look into the Essential Oils. I am not familiar with the rules for advertising so ping me and I will send you the site.

“If these trends continue, many more millions Americans will be out of work, creating a downward economic spiral The result could be civil unrest and chaos....”
....more and more, I see this as a possibility....just think of Katrina when police quit their posts, and within a day New Orleans was chaos....think it couldn’t happen?....think again.

Now I’m not a big milk drinker but alot of recipes call for it.
So I got some Non-fat dry milk and decided to try it. Works fine in most recipes.
But it’s very bland to the taste. So I went back and got a one pound jar of non-dairy dry coffee creamer.
Mixed up a glass of the milk. Then added about a teaspoon of creamer and shook it vigorously.
Tasted great!!

The Mormons have outstanding information on stockpiling food and supplies. Some of the highlights...stockpile the food you regularly eat. You are not going to develop a sudden taste for freeze dried chicken a la king. Once a year, inventory for expiry dates and cycle that into your household food stream. Replace your inventory with fresh stock. Work out the exact ingredients for your favorite recipes and acquire accordingly, so that you only buy what you need. Don't forget spices, herbs and flavors as these will be hard to get and can dress up things you'd otherwise not want to eat. (I'm just sayin..) Mayor Bloomberg notwithstanding, you can't stockpile too much salt. You need it to live, to taste, and to preserve food. It will also make an excellent barter item.
On another note, that you probably won't hear from them, stockpile liquor. It's good for medicine, disinfectant, oblivion, and barter. Senator's Club, Orloff's, and Ron Baroca will do just fine. No one's going to care about quality and a fifth will get you a rifle and a half dozen boxes of ammo.
