CDR Kerchner (a past eligibility plaintiff) posited that if 2 Justices do recuse themselves, 9 becomes 7, and the rule of four becomes the rule of three. Is this so?

Wasn’t it reported that BHO Sr. lived in CT for some time while attending Harvard?

From Hollister v. Soetoro examiner article:

>>> Obama’s use of the Connecticut-issued SSN can be readily verified by anyone as it is imbedded in his fraudulently created Selective Service System records. <<<

I just did a search at the SS website and sure enough, it matched! Try it for yourself. Obama’s CN SS# is 042-68-4425.

No,

Obama never had residence in CT.

The use of a deceased persons number and the use of multiple numbers are common among one group of people - illegal aliens committing identity fraud to hide their illegal status.

Is it not odd that the clamor from the media is people questioning Obama’s citizenship, not his status under Article II of the Constitution. Either they fail to understand the true issue or, and this is way out on on limb here, they are trying to tell people that the problem is bigger than just ‘eligibility’ under Article II.

Obama could have held up to 4 citizenships - US, Kenyan, UK, Indonesian (and maybe an Indian nation). With his early 1980s trip he could have reclaimed or asserted his citizenship to Indonesian and Kenya. Both allowed him to do so up until age 23 or 1984.

One of the only reasons not to have a valid and normal Social Security number is that you are a non-US National. Then you get a foreign national number and those start with 999. A number of SS numbers associated with Obama are 999 numbers that are reserved for foreign nationals.

http://www.ehow.com/facts_5824814_gets-999-social-security-numbers_.html

“Facts
# The Social Security Administration has never issued a number in the 800 or 900 range. Therefore, a number beginning in 999 is not valid.

Misconceptions
# Some universities have assigned nine-digit “temporary” Social Security numbers to post-graduate foreign nationals beginning with 999. The temporary number is designed to be replaced once the graduate student has received a valid SSN.”

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/2442166/posts

“In California, where Obama attended Occidental College, there are six addresses listed for him, all within easy driving distance of the college. However, there are three Social Security numbers connected to these addresses, 537 and two others, each beginning with 999, which are not valid SSNs.”

Further down...

“To me the 999 ssn number found near Occidental College is more intriging than anything else. This supports my theory that he is hiding his school records because he fraudulently applied for and received scholarships by declaring his foreign citizenship. At that time many colleges were giving scholarships to foreign students from third world countries.”

Even if he was a dual citizen he could have gotten a ‘normal’ Social Security number. But he did not and never has apparently.

Also, the Selective Service registration is a forgery. That is a certainty. So why is that? Foreign nationals did not have to register for the draft.

999 = FOREIGN NATIONAL at a university.

But long term a ‘normal’ number is needed. And Connecticut is the ONLY state that does not work with other states to ensure closure on identification records with other states according to the IG 2000 report....

Yes, pray for God's protection of Orly Taitz and her work. She remembers what it was like to live in a country that wasn't free, so she wants to save her adopted country from that fate.

I thank you for your prayer of safety for Dr. Taitz. I too will ask the Almighty for a hedge of protection to be placed around Orly and her good works.

Do they really use 999 for illegal aliens and foreign nationals at Universities....read on....

http://dreamact.info/forum/showthread.php?t=13538

“In order to be accepted to a law school You need to take the LSAT, but in order to take it you must provide a social security number, being illegal, i don’t have one.

I’m a junior high school student, you need to be finished college to take it (Please don’t say that by that time there will be immigration reform) and have a BS.

So I’m wondering, how can a finished illegal college student take the LSAT? “

Answer......

“That’s inaccurate. You DO NOT need a social security number to take the LSAT. Register w/ LSAC online and don’t provide a number. You can also email LSAC and ask them for a 999 number which is a SS replacement for the LSAT and law school applications. They’ll give you one. DO NOT claim that you are a US citizen or resident on your applications or you’ll get dinged when the bar reviews your application. I’m in law school on full scholarship. Apply to private schools.

I took the LSAT w/o a social and showed my passport for ID. No issues.”

More example of 999 being used in Universities...

http://www2.eng.usf.edu/ee/orientation.html

“NOTE: International Students - once you have a SS Number, you MUST change your International student ID number (999-XX-XXXX) to your new SS# with the Registrar’s Office. Once you have a SS number, do NOT use your 999 number!”

Lets repeat that....

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS....

Foreigners who are residents of th US have to register for the draft..illegal or legal.

wintertime said:

Why would courts have to investigate identity fraud?

The complaint would be considered a criminal, not civil one. Using a social security number belonging to someone else can be considered to be identity theft, or tax fraud, depending on the situation. At a minimum, the correct action the court should take is to forward the complaint to the attorney general. This is the investigative action.

The court may also request a grand jury to investigate, even at the Supreme Court level. U.S.C. Title 18, Rule 6 requires a grand jury when public interest warrants it. Tax and identity fraud are both federal offenses resulting in sentencing of no more than 5 years in a federal prison.

One thing to consider about the judicial system is that it has the power to indict at its discretion. It has the power to recuse itself from prosecuting anyone based on a number of factors:
  1. Lack of sufficient evidence to convict
  2. Threat to society is minimized
  3. Resources of the court insufficient to provide adequate judgment
  4. Ambiguity in the case prevents a fair trial
  5. Conflict of interest
In order to protect society, criminals may sometimes go free. The framing fathers were aware the system is not perfect. However, protection against unjust practices by the court for the majority of citizens overshadows the lack of justice in a very small minority of cases that "fall through the cracks".

This concept can be considered confusing to some. However, the current judicial system must prove guilt, as opposed to other nations such as the United Kingdom which is the reverse of this process.

We may never see justice. However, if the court is wise, it would prompt a judicial review to ensure the highest elected official is not committing felonies against the very government he is here to represent.

“...In addition, if you’re a man, you don’t have to register if:

* You’re in the US on a non-immigrant or temporary visa, such as a student visa or a visitor’s visa...”
