So why did Obama have a Connecticut mailing address in 1977?

Others numbers appear with the "Obama" name, but Daniels cautions against attributing these numbers – with the exception of those from Obama's college days at Occidental – to the president.I give her credit for cautioning against using her earlier info. Maybe she went to some of those addresses and found that there are people in America with the name of Obama who don't live in the White House. That's what I found out by actually doing some leg work and checking a bit of their work, finding it bogus.

I think once he is out of office we will be astounded by the information released on this phony. I believe many in the MSM already have information on him that would sink his presidency in a matter of hours, but they’re waiting to publish it all in book form. They can’t cash in just yet, taking on a sitting president from Chicago could be hazardous to your health, but once he’s out of office he won’t command the same kind of fear.
“042” is the series used in CT during those years. NY had “072.” The first 3 digits to SS numbers went in series as they went south from New England (much like zip codes).
It’s the last four digits and the comparison in these articles to Thomas Woods, who’s number is sequentially next to the one allegedly assigned (fraudulently) to Obama, that I have questions about.
I have identical twin sons, born a minute apart. When they were 4 years old I had to apply for SS#’s for them. I mailed their applications together, in the same envelope. Their cards were returned at the same time (I believe in different envelopes). One’s 4-digit extension begins with a “2” and the other’s with a “5”
Further to this, at the same time I applied for a SS# for their then 5 year old sister, who was born in the same hospital 20 months earlier. Her final 4-digit extension begins with a “1.” All three have the same first 5 digits, that code in where and year range they were born (or year range the cards were issued).
All three SS#’s, applied for for on the same day, and probably processed on the same day, for 3 children born at the same place, 2 on the same day, had extensions far apart. That would lead me to believe that those final four digits are just randomly selected.

So Obama applied in 1977, BEFORE rules for documentary evidence were enacted.

Here’s the SSA’s official explanation of its numbering scheme. It says the numbers are assigned based on where the application was processed, and that one did not have to live in the state where the number was issued.
It also says the final 4 digits are sequential, but I’m not sure it claims they are assigned sequentially, as that is far from my experience with my kids.

I am 51, born in Connecticut and my SS number starts with 042.
Funny, Obama NEVER lived in Connecticut.
So you know more than people who have filed affidavits in court about SSNs, and 99.9% of birthers. If you look at the 042-68-#### series, you can see that there's a broad range of birthdates that doesn't make sense if they were sequential. And the SSA has even announced in the past that they are not assigned sequentially. So it is hard to believe that those pushing these stories are not just trying to distract conservatives from the real issues.
Also, note that some areas are running out of numbers while other areas have excess, so later this year, they are going to stop doing the geographic thing and will just assign them all randomly.
Yes. It was assigned while he was a minor in Indonesia, via an ARO, wasn’t it? I think he wasn’t in the US at that time.

But, you are correct, it is possible that he is not even a United States Citizen, much less a "natural born" United States Citizen.
