Sarah Palin to Keynote September 3rd Tea Party Event in Iowa

Let the speculation… continue.
*snip*
So what do you think? A speech on the future of America, or one maybe even to announce an endorsement — perhaps a presidential announcement? All I know is that the place will be jumping and the media will show up in droves — at least the ones who aren’t still hospitalized with PTRMD (Post Traumatic Rolling Menace Disorder).

Or maybe it’s just a head-fake on Sarah’s part to see if she can get George Lopez to move to Canada. I guess we’ll find out soon enough.

Palin’s Labor Day weekend appearance, coincidentally, will be on the three-year anniversary of her Republican Convention speech.

A little humor on the subject, so, what do you think, is she in or out?

Heads up, maybe we can have this one be a fun thread without the PDSers.

*Ponders if it's possible*.

In, and with the kind of announcement speech that
will go down in history.

That’s the beauty of the Palin strategy. Nobody knows. She’s one of the best poker players I’ve ever seen.

It’s kinda funny to see even the ‘right-wing’ pundits are getting a little snippy because they’re not ‘in’ on it.

If and when she announces there’s going to be all hell to play! It’s going to be kinda fun to watch heads exploding all over the lib world trying to further their cause that she can’t win it. I suspect Sarah Palin has been gearing up for it.

Her teams have been very quietly operating in the battleground states coordinating their efforts and trying to stay off the radar while the mainstream is bashing its head over the ‘debt crisis.’ A ‘Cuda’ quietly skimming the water watching for the best moment to strike at the mindless little fishies swimming in the mud ponds.

If she decides not to strike, she’s going to come out with all guns blasting against those taking pot shots at her favorite candidate whom I think will be Rick Perry if he throws his hat in. He’s the only one with a better record that can win against Obamajaad.

If not Rick Perry, then God help us...the field of republicans right now look rather like milque toast. Especially with the lamestream trying to push Romney off on us. Her job building up some other candidate’s record could be heavier lifting than just running herself. I would be surprised if she and Perry aren’t talking as we speak.

Have you noticed the past couple of tv interviews she’s done, she’s been dressed in suits instead of the casual clothes she had been wearing?

My gut tells me that this is going to be THE day. Labor Day weekend, Piper and Willow back in school, 3rd Anniversary of her VP candidate acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention, large venue in Iowa, TEA Party event, some of the other wannabees have already flamed out, etc.

It all lines up and all the pieces appear to be in place for an announcement. If so, then I would not be surprised if Sarah takes to the road immediately afterward in the One Nation Express for the second leg of her tour in the Midwest with a raid into Michigan, which is a sore spot for her after Schmidt ordered her to not campaign there in 2008.

There was an unconfirmed report last night at C4P that she will be keynoting the National Tea Party Convention in Memphis, Sept. 8-10.

Perry is NOT a conservative. Sarah is what we need.

Yes, I know Sarah Palin is what we need. Somebody strong and viscious enough to cut, slash and burn DC back to it’s Constitutional authority and return to the states their rights and privilege to govern.

YES, Perry is a conservative. Not as conservative as the many would like him to be, he doesn’t govern with a whip lash, he governs through thoughtful planning, and eye on the bottom line, and an ear to the ground to avoid political disaster. And he has a great record of success. And if Sarah Palin doesn’t run, he will have the full force of my backing. Because, in my opinion, he’s the only other candidate who has a ghost’s chance against Obamajaad.

It’s not an “Ear to the Ground”...It’s a “finger to the wind”. Don’t give Perry too much credit for Texas doing well. Our Governor has very little power here. I have voted for him only because the choice was so poor. I don’t want to have that problem in the 2012 National election. Will I vote for him over Obama...Yes. Will he help the U.S. out of our mess. No... He will do whatever it takes to win the next election. Rove and crew will love him. He is an establishment guy who will do the establishment thing. Sarah will not.

Unfortunately for you, I know my governor better than you do. And YES, it’s an ear to the ground. And unfortunately for you I know most of the other republican candidates as well.

I don’t know who your chosen candidate is but you go for it.

As for me, I’m going to go with the candidate whom I think can remove Obamajaad from the chair in the Oval Office. And YES, we will be much better off with Rick Perry in that seat than Obamajaad.

Who’s your choice? Romney? If so, why have an election at all? Sutherland? Same thing. Huntsman? Same thing. Johnson? Same thing. Pawlenty? Same thing. Santorum? Not a chance. Bachmann? Very very little chance. Newt? Give me a break. Cain? I love Cain. Does he have a chance? Nope. McCotter? I really like this guy. Can he win? Nope. Bolton? I like Bolton. Can he win? Maybe? Is it worth the chance? Nope.

When you might be fighting for your life, you choose your battle partner well. You don’t want even a possible loser by your side. You may not like him much. He may not fight the battle like you want him to. Once you win, you may have to slap him up side the head to stay on the course for the battles ahead. But the first thing is, you want to WIN and kill the BEAST!

Guess you did not read the last sentence of my post. Sarah Palin is my choice. Perry is also my Governor. And I guess you did no read that as well. Sarah is the only game changer choice. She won’t do things the establishment way. She has not announced yet, but then again neither has YOUR guy.
