After Arizona is done with him (assuming he is still alive) then Mexico can have him.

Attorney General Eric Holder tells Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) that he has not apologized to the family of Brian Terry, the U.S. Border Patrol agent murdered by a weapon used in the Fast & Furious operation now being investigated. When given the opportunity to do so at today's Senate hearing he would not apologize.
Holder also says that Fast & Furious did not directly lead to the death of Agent Brian Terry. "It is not fair, however, to assume that the mistakes that happened in Fast & Furious directly led to the death of Agent Terry," Holder said today.
Sen. John Cornyn: "Have you apologized to the family of Brian Terry?"
Attorney General Eric Holder: "I have not apologized to them, but I certainly regret what happened."
Cornyn: "Have you even talked to them?"
Holder: "I have not."
Cornyn: "Would you like to apologize today for this program that went so wrong that took the life of a United States law enforcement agent?"

“Attorney General Holder has repeatedly had opportunities to clear the record about Operation Fast and Furious and each time he has provided only misleading half-truths to members of Congress and the media,” McHenry, the chairman of the House oversight committee’s subcommittee on TARP, Financial Services and Bailouts of Public and Private Programs, said in a statement. “Mr. Holder has thus lost all credibility and I believe he should resign as Attorney General immediately so that a proper investigation into Operation Fast and Furious can be completed.”
As of Nov. 4 there were 35 members of Congress calling for Holder’s immediate resignation. Then, on Monday, McHenry confirmed for The Daily Caller that he also thinks Holder should step down. McHenry’s statement went out on Tuesday morning.
“Special Agent Brian Terry lost his life, and his family lost a loved one, because of a complete lack of regard for the rule of law,” McHenry adds. “It is absolutely unacceptable for anyone in our government to act so recklessly, with no respect for public safety.”

Arrested Holder, force him to resign, block 0bama from granting him a pardon. Then ship Holder to Mexico so they can begin legal action against him, under Mexico laws.

Its not like he has been accused of making someone feel uncomfortable at a work site about 15 years ago. If he had he should definately resign.
Of course Fast and Furious wasn’t responsible for the death. It obviously was the gun, don’t you know. Let’s ban all ownership of guns and save the world (except for the sexual perversion of Mr. Cain). ?how sarcastic can I get?
I guess the Democrats have now shifted positions. They used to say “guns kill people.” Now, according to Holder, people kill people. I guess we won.
Do you think it’s only a matter of time before he is forced to resigned ? As this scandal is spreading more and attention is being directed to Holder and what his part was in all this .

Is is shameful that holder did not respond to Cornyn with an immediate 'I am very sorry for the death of one of our heros. And I apologize to his loved ones and friends with all of my heart for the mistakes that were made in my dept. that possibly or directly led to his death. And I will do everything within my abilities to uncover the exact manner of error that lead to one of our own weapons being used against us'.
But he won't say anything of the kind because he is a small man, like his boss, and unable to assume real responsibility. He only acknowledges praise. Nor can he summon the will to investigate wrongful acts related to democrats. especially people of color. He has no business in his post. I regret we must pay for his pathetic service to uhbama.
It is as if the man who leads our DOJ is a corrupt, filthy manipulator and biased to the point of genuine sickness.
I despise this small man so lacking in dignity and character.
Hopefully Fast and furious will lead Holder to jail.
After his previous performance, how could anyone possibly vote to confirm this guy?

I watched the whole thing. This guy is so arrogant it boggles the mind. He needs a major league take down.
Meanwhile, Presidential candidate Herman Cain is being dragged through the sewer with ridiculous claims of sexual harassment. The media is focused on nothing but the Cain story and nobody is watching the real Obama/Holder scandal.
