That’s 40 business years.

Played that song through twice! ROFL!! It made me laugh, and I wrote it! That's usually my test for whether or not to post a parody. In fact, that's the main reason I looked for a thread on Pitt's birthday to DUFU, so I would have an excuse to post the song.
And thank YOU, Roscoe Karns, for all the excellent graphics, including MANY Pitt pix (like the one at the top of this DUFU and the one here of Pitt hanging out at Bukowski's).
To: Charles Henrickson; mikrofon
How did this happen????Pitt happens.

Played that song through twice! ROFL!! I notice now that I left out the word "my" in line 3 of the third stanza. But I think everyone will naturally fill that in.

I always thought it would be nice to have an edit bottom here. Maybe with a 10 minute window or so to correct typos etc after you hit post.

lol, Pitt upside down. I can’t remember why I made that one..

More from yours truly, the wag tailoring the doggerel:
THE RAVEN (aka The Pitt and the Pablum)
by Edgar Allen Poem
Long ago in gray November--
Few are they that can remember--
When a young and lovely Raven,
In those distant days of yore,
Laid an egg and called it Willie,
For she knew he'd turn out silly.
Out he came, a newborn yapping,
Midnight Cowboy hat he wore,
Long he yammered, e'en while napping:
"Nail it to the White House door!"
Years ago, yea, ten times four,
Quoth the Raven, "A bore I bore!"
