It would be just if the exhibitors are able to sue to recover their expenses lost due to Reed Exhibitions changing the contract too late to recover those expenses.

“It is unfortunate that in the current emotionally charged atmosphere this celebratory event has become overshadowed by a decision that directly affected a small percentage of more than 1,000 exhibits showcasing products and services for those interested in hunting and fishing.”

This just proves that these British fascists just don’t get it. Unlike them we comprehend that this is just the start of what will be banned. I’m sure they would love it if the U.S. was regulated the same as the U.K. where they seek to ban even kitchen knives. This is the U.S and if they don’t want to have legal, constitutional business conducted under their banner, then so be it, they can go to hell. There will always be someone to fill the void and give people what they want.

The show should be rescheduled at a pro-gun location with proceeds from exhibits going to 2nd Amendment causes. NRA volunteers could help set up the location and man the food booths. Keep the fees and admissions low so venders can recoup their losses.

You betcha.

I note that Reed Exhibits is a sister company to LexisNexis under the Reed Elsevier parent company. LN is a major provider of legal and business reference data deeply involved with state and federal government agencies.

...a decision that directly affected a small percentage of more than 1,000 exhibits...

A small percentage? Huh? Over a quarter of the exhibitors & vendors had already bailed out, and more were bailing out every day. By the time the show would have started, Reed Inc. would have been lucky if they had 1/4 of the exhibits & vendors remaining. What a bunch of arrogant English a__holes. Serves 'em right for pandering to the gun grabbing lefties.

I predict they are TOAST in the USA and hopefully elsewhere. I would advise them to move to N Korea were they will find their utopia. And before they move they should STFU.
