Some years ago, there was a similar story on FR (I posted it, in fact). A tagger in (IIRC) Florida had just finished putting his work on an interstate roadsign - you know, those big green things suspended over the freeway - and took a step back to admire his handiwork. Problem was, he stepped just a bit too far back and plunged to the road below...just in time to meet the front end of an oncoming semi. (splat!)

I hate Graffiti. The fact is I wish the demise of most of these vandals. They bring an entire area down and much like hanging horse thieves, you wouldn't have to hang many of them before the others decided that the punishment wasn't worth the crime.

I think most of these guys are too stupid to hang, but we can only catch a few, so you need to make an example of them. Public flogging, or the stocks with people throwing rotten fruit at them for a few days aught to do the job.
