We need to stay focused!

Most of the news from the Obamanation Administration centers around topics that are designed to be just another Obamanation Smokescreen to divert the attention away from Obama managing each new Constitutional Crisis into a Regulation that violates the Constitution.

“Never let a Crisis go to waste,” is the rule that guides Commie Obama.

Examples of these Obamanation distractions are most of the social issues that get attention by the Liberal Agenda Media.

Our sorry Congressional RINOs have been to stupid to learn this smoke and mirrors distraction game, and run from bargain to bargain or deal to deal, with nary a thought to use REGULAR ORDER, as designed by our Founding Fathers to protect us from Tyrants such as B. Hussein Obama.

As any card-carrying Obamanation Journalist will tell you:

” - - - We must support Obama “ - - - TO FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - - - ” into a totally Regulated Communist Obamanation of Debt and Doom.

After all, how else can “- - - everyone get a fair shot?” - - - “

BTW, RECEIVING a “fair shot” would have been a lot easier if Commie Obama had succeeded in his personal recent attempted “bipartisan” destruction of the 2nd Amendment to disarm us - - - - .

Did they have a warrant? If not, why did he consent to a search of his computer. I wouldn’t let them search for my chili receipts without a properly executed search warrants. Let’s all play by the rules.

Anyone with the dirt on 0bama should be smart enough to place copies in multiple third party hands, with instructions for wide release on a given date if not personally countermanded. And I think someone has. Matter of time ‘til it comes out.

Agreed. I cannot imagine why he let them search without a warrant.

A skip tracer is some one that specializes in tracking someone or something down. Usually bail bond violators, cars and late payers as well as other criminal types.

They have fairly sophisticated software that can search databases we do not have access to. Pretty interesting methods can track somebody back for several years. Utility bills and accounts play an important chapter in skip tracing as folks need water and electricity virtually anywhere. Included are SS software for tracking, cell phone tracking, credit card activity.

It is very hard to disappear when a fully experienced skip tracer gets on your trail. You can vanish but it is very hard now days.

Or why he “let” them put handcuffs on during the interrogation!

“We need to handcuff you for OUR safety.”

Assuming they ever got to that point, without a warrant, my next call would be to the sleaziest lawyer I could find (easy task just pick any name out of the phone book) and sue these violators of the 1st,4th and possibly 5th Amendments and anyone who directed the raid.

It wasn’t long ago that Hendershot mentioned on air that evidence had been secured proving Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann, spent the fall of ‘61 in Seattle. This makes Obama’s Dreams memoir look like a fairytale packed full of lies. [He claims he, his mother & Obama Sr. lived together for two yrs, but while Stanley Ann was in Seattle, O Sr. was back in HI.] Maybe Obama got cranky over being called a liar & a fraud.

A friend of mine who has a farm recently had his home invaded by the SPCA and they took all his computers including his confidential communications with his attorneys that were on the computers! Yes... Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals!!! IN much of the country, PETA has joined forces with the SPCA and is sending in undercover farm workers to hang farmers out to dry. One of my clients had a warrant issued against him for not calling a veterinarian for one of his 300 head dairy cows as the PETA undercover worker said the cow had a fever.

Stupid PETA worker didn’t even know that the normal temperature of a dairy cow is ranges from 100.5° F to 102.5° F, but some healthy cattle may have body temperature of 103°F, not 98.6 degrees like humans! In the interim he had to spend several thousand dollars to defend himself.

PETA’s aggressiveness is only exceeded by their stupidity!!

Try that on farms around here and they are likely to get shot. Neither of these organizations are government agencies and they have no right to trespass and cannot serve a warrant. Do you have a link to a story about this?

Kansas apparently takes a dim view of that sort of thing:

This section comprises Kansas' farm animal and field crop and research facilities protection act. Under the act, no person shall, without the effective consent of the owner and with the intent to damage the enterprise conducted at the animal facility, damage or destroy an animal facility or any animal or property in or on an animal facility. A person is also prohibited from exercising control over an animal or property. The act makes it illegal for a person to enter an animal facility that is not open to the public to take pictures or video. Violation is a nonperson felony if the property damage is $25,000 or more. Illegal entry that involves taking of pictures or video is a class A, nonperson misdemeanor.

No mention of a shotgun, but I suspect that such folks would at least see one.

Hmmmm looks like 0thugga doesn’t want that info getting ‘legs’.

All the more reason to distribute the info to as many as possible, as Trod Upon mentioned in #7.

Stay safe, Hendershot!
