IMO, it’s doubtful that he was born anywhere, as Lucifer and his loyal angel band weren’t born. He’s here on a short vacation from Hell to destroy America and then disappear as quickly as he appeared. The libs in power obviously are demon controlled or possessed. It would make sense that the one they worship is the epitome of evil.
