Because the American military swears an allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, and not to the President, could Obama’s strategy be to strip our Armed Services and cost shift their dollars into an all powerful civilian Army under his command? Two tips coming into CiR this week surprisingly connect just these dots and link these machinations to Obamacare funding.
On page 496 of H.R. 3590 is this quote: ” Assimilating Reserve Corp Officers Into the Regular Corps. . .Effective on the date of enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve (civilian) Corps . . .shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.”
Reserve and Regular Corps are military terms used to describe a “civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded,” says Obama in his famous Civilian Army Speech.
An article from the Marine Corps Times this week states: “The Marine Corps faces a difficult period of transition that will include shedding thousands of personnel per year, sharpening its role as a crisis-response force. . .”
This means our U.S. Marine Corps is being cut by 8,000 personnel fewer “than previously planned, and 12,800 fewer than the 186,800 end strength” recommended by senior Marine analysts!
This severe reduction in Marine Corps force is the “minimum acceptable force” according to the warning given Congress by Commandant Gen. Jim Amos. “Eleven combat arms battalions and 14 aviation squadrons will be cut,” he added.
This very important article, sent to CiR, details severe force reduction in “Manpower and Force Structure,” plus procurements and even Aviation. As many as 25,000 airmen and 550 planes “would go if sequester continues.” But how come sequester isn’t affecting Obama’s Army?

While I do not doubt the loathsome flake in the White House is quite capable of creating some sort of corps beholden only to him, I don’t think the phrase mentioned in the article relates to such a private army.
We need to become exceeding clear on the meaning of the different oaths taken by elected persons, military officers, and enlisted military. There are subtle but incredibly important to understand. The urgency to become informed is because of Obama's convoluted constitutional views.
The Constitution mandates that the President elect take this oath.
"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
George Washington added the words, “so help me God”. All Presidents since have added those words.
A statute requires representatives in Congress to take this oath. A statute means lawyers wrote it as if you couldn’t tell.
”I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
A statute also requires Commissioned military personnel to take an oath.
"I solemnly swear, that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion: So help me God."
The oath for enlisted military personnel repeats the preceding affirmation, “I solemnly swear, that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same,"
and concludes with,
"I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
The subtle distinction between officer oath and enlisted oath is that officers are bound to disobey any order that violates our Constitution, while enlisted personnel are bound to obey only lawful orders.
A military officer is not bound to follow unconstitutional orders from the Commandeer-in-Chief.
Stop and reflect a moment. Every president takes an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Should we settle for anything less?
Can you imagine the effect of thousands of well armed citizens whose spouses died because of 0bamaCare’s Death Panels?

HHS’ Kathleen Sebelius never suffered any consequences for denying a little girl a lung transplant. She would’ve died without it. I think that was a ‘death panel trial balloon’ or a test of sorts, to gauge public response. I believe that the media was ordered by 0bama to make Sebelius’ denial a news story for the purpose of gauging public response, and to pre-condition us to accepting it. Yes, they’re THAT sick.
I don’t have the ACA on this computer, but I think this refers to US Public health officers.

The enlisted oath creates a conflict; who ever expected a President of the United States to be the prime domestic enemy?
Folks, for you that do not believe in Jesus Christ, the Bible and its word, this is EXACTLY the thing that the Antichrist is going to use to rule this nation. These types of activities, all this surveillance stuff, the medical records controlled by the government, etc. THIS is the stuff that antichrist will use. The Bible prophesies this stuff. If you want to know what is going to happen to this stinking, dying world, the Bible tells you. Time draws near for these end time warnings to come about. Jesus is coming again. If you do not believe, you are going to go through the worse days of your life and the Bible says MOST ALL the world will die in the last 7 years. Only a few will survive. Those that survive that believe on the Lord will be those who repopulate the world in His 1,000 year reign. The unbelievers who survive will survive only to be banished to the Lake of Fire. If you don’t have a relationship with the Lord, do so today. Your time is growing short. And, YES, I believe in the pre-Trib rapture of the Church so don’t tell me I am wrong and you are right, cause you ain’t changing my mind. End of that discussion.
The officer's oath, when honored, removes the possibility of a conflict. The enlisted personnel carry out any order they receive without questioning the order’s constitutionality. The job of determining constitutionality is the job of the officers.
