Enlisted men are bound by the same thing. Unlawful orders will not be obeyed.
The “Nurmberg Defense” cant be used anymore.
Unlawful means in contradiction with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, not the Constitution.
There will never be an exchange wherein the enlisted person refuses an officer's order because the Commandeer-in-Chief gave the officer an unconstitutional order.
However, there will be exchanges wherein the enlisted person refuses an officer's order because the officer violated the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
This is the distinction that exist between the oaths taken.
On an apparently related note, the Nuremburg trail was between the winners and losers of a World War, not between factions within a single country who had taken oaths to defend that country, as I am discussing.
We are discussing oaths taken to uphold the Constitution, not oaths to a political party. Expect more and you will get more.

the issue would be what happens if a POTUS gives a order that is in conflict with the Constitution of the USA?
would a Solider have to follow that order?
