This is a popular liberal business model. Set up business with no real market. Convince/bribe legislature to make your product/service madatory. Once business is established convince/bribe legislature to require complex, expensive licensing to engage in the sale of your product/service, in order to restrict competition. Rinse and repeat.
Conservatives want to convince other folks. Liberals want to "educate" other folks.
The indoctrination is subtle, but it's there.

there is no way it should be done as a requirement from the State.
I know it’s shocking - I’ve experienced gasps of disbelief out of sheeperals that I’ve stated this to, but

Who’s teaching the course, Homer Simpson?
Good intentions. But for the State to enact this? Ridiculous.
What’s next? Forcing potential parents to attend state required parenting classes before they can have a baby?
(I know, I know... Don’t give them any ideas.)
I would like to see what they teach gay couples.
I’ve come to believe government has no place in marriages. Since common law marriages are recognized why should rest of us ask permission from the govt.
