Keep adoring the one who sits on the sidelines and cuts lucrative deals for herself, while people like Cruz are actually in the trenches trying to really change the way our government works.
Trump keeps threatening to run, too. Fan of his also?
I like that you’re an expert on her, though. Do you have a scrapbook?
The truth is that many candidates for POTUS do not expect to win. Instead they are running for cabinet offices, by later offering their delegates up to the candidate most likely to win.
In these terms, assuming this is their motivation, what cabinet office do you think would be best for Sarah Palin?
It’s good to imagine this for all the other candidates, who even if you would hold your nose at them being POTUS, you might find them tolerable in the cabinet.
Quitting a job where you can effect change is somehow read as a positive here.
If she ran i would back her, but anyone with half a brain realizes she has no interest in running.
Tellin someone they are not a real conservative because they vastly prefer Cruz to Palin is funny stuff.
That is not what I recall.
Sarah quitting the governor’s job in 2009 is of no consequence to me.
However, the fact that she left politics all together some 6 years ago is.
She had chances to re-enter the fray as a senator. From two different state.
The fact she chose to become a TV talking head (which is fine) instead of a politician is why I - as well as everyone - can’t take her seriously when she repeats her game of “Maybe so/Maybe no”.
Sure, I like Sarah. She is perfect in what she’s doing. But she has as much a chance at running as does the Donald.
I do hope that your hunch is right. However, "sources" tell the DailyBeast he's running.
Oh and p.s., whether he runs or not, Dio will never cease to post about him.
Yes, admittedly Sarah is a bit light on the Foreign Policy side. Rice would cover that nicely.
I would suggest that even Senator Cruz completely disagrees with your opinion ...
She can never be Cruz. One has to be intelligent to be Cruz. Ted Cruz could enter a room occupied by Madison, Hamilton, Clay and Webster and fit right in. Palin not so much.
Fox reporting your hunch is right! Romney NOT running!
John Kasich left the House of Representatives and for many years was a talking head on Fox before deciding to get back into politics and run for governor of Ohio. Was he disqualified for quitting Congress to be on TV before deciding to reenter politics?
Or is that a charge only applicable to Palin?

I've liked the idea of a Cruz/Palin ticket for some time now. Would even go for a Walker/Palin ticket.
That said, I'm not entirely sure she wants political office again. She's doing her part right now making liberal's heads explode every time she opens her mouth. She's got a good gig. I'd keep on doing what she's demonstrated she can do quite well if I were her. Of course I'm not, so we'll see how she jumps. Given that she doesn't seem to have a team on the ground at the moment, I kinda doubt she'll be running except perhaps as a VP.
Great. Let Palin - like Kasich - run for Governor. Then some years later - after being in politics - she runs for president? Great.
But wouldn’t it have been absurd if Kasich had decided to up and run for president instead of governor?
The fact that Palin has more name recognition makes no difference. Trump also has a powerful presence but he is certainly not a serious player either.
Mitt’s wife should have run, instead.
She is tough, did very well on TV,
and probably a LOT more conservative than Willard.
Or is that a charge only applicable to Palin?

Why ask me. I’ve already stated that Palin quitting the top job in Alaska is and was of no consequence to me. I do not hold that against her. No do I care that Kasich quit mid-term.
No more absurd these days than a first lady running for the Senate, or a 2-year Senator running for president.
Was it absurd for Herman Cain or Rick Santorum to run?

Even Romney finished his term? Like we really did need gay marriage and the “conservative” answer to healthcare, Obamacare’s precursor.
Hey! I got a novel idea for you. Let’s nominate someone who is reliably conservative. Who doesn’t suck up K street and the NWO. Who is a real (not plastic phony) person. Someone who has a love for this country and its citizens. Sarah fills that bill.
But then, Romney the RINO types never did care about those things really. They just play them during elections.
Why are you and the rest of these people so frightened of Palin. If she is what all of you say, you have nothing to worry about do you. Yet, all she has to do is hint a wanting to run and the flood gates of hate fly open. These people come out of the woodwork to make bashing her the most important thing they can do in life.
No other candidate or even possible candidate gets this kind of response. Why? Unlike anyone else, she is out of their control. She is the one who could throw all their Oligarch/NWO plans out the window. They can’t tell her what to do. They can’t be certain their bash attack will work. She’s not in their pocket. They run scared.
I like that.
Cruz will be President long before he is ever Senate Majority Leader. SML is not at all in Cruz’ DNA.
Ernst is not ready for prime time - not even close.
Yes, Romney’s pissed Jeb took his donors and his staffers.
