What ethical doctor would consent to doing this to a person? From what I have read over the years these procedures are not performed by a doctor. I read somewhere many of these are done by the "Piercing Artists" and much of it is done without anesthetic. It seems to be a point of pride and ritual they cut themselves up and suffer the pain. They are truly demented people and have many inner demons.
