Actually this proved his utter lack of knowledge on basic civics. With very few exceptions, murder is handled at the state level. Some states don’t even use the death penalty anymore.

This is just another example where he says a bunch of cool stiff that will make his fanboys whoop it up about tough The Donald is.... because he has no clue what something like that would entail, and he certainly hasn’t thought it through. And he knows the Wrestle mania crowd won’t know either.
