The thing is, that Cruz KNEW that he wasn't eligible to be preident and that he was NOT a NBC, when he was running for his Senate seat, but now sings a different song.

AFAIK, there have been NO laws passed by Congress, that change the fact that he is NOT and NEVER has been a NBC!

My brother was born in Germany (Army brat) of two Okies, a legitimate birth, so disqualified from ever being a Democrat.
Anywho the parents took him to a federal office in OKC, after filling out a raft of papers, where he went through a naturalization ceremony.
