First Bombshell Surfaces about Trump U Judge!!
Young Conservatives ^ | 7 June 2016 | Andrew Mark Miller

Donald Trump got in a lot of trouble for criticizing the Mexican heritage of the judge that is presiding over the Trump University case.

It obviously wasn’t his best moment but the media is overlooking the connection between this judge and La Raza which is a radical leftist group that basically doesn’t believe in borders and violently attacks anyone that disagrees with them.

That is a huge factor in determining whether or not this judge can be fair in the case.

That’s exactly what we saw from them in San Jose over the weekend.

Check this out too and see who is involved from the Plaintiff side of the case:

When you start putting the pieces together it looks like a pre-planned scheme with hand picked players.

The similarity of names consists of the term "La Raza", which I am told means, "the race". Not "race". Not "races". Not "a race". But, "THE race".

Now one might ask, "When they say, THE race, which one are they talking about? Caucasians? Negro? Mongoloid?

The answer is, "None of the above". Instead they have invented a new "race" based on a philosophy of entitlement.

Where do we hear mention of "THE race"?

"Por La Raza todo, Fuera de La Raza nada", which is often translated as "For the Race, everything, outside the race, nothing."

I claim that the "similarity" of names is intentional, and the intention is to support the philosophy of entitlement which seeks to negate U.S. immigration laws and the sovereignty of the U.S. in the southwestern states.

If somebody started an organization called "The Alabama Klan", I would have doubts about them too. The same would apply to "The Alabama Klan Lawyers Association".

Yes, Trump talked about the La Raza connection in Sunday. Better than that, he made the connection between the judge being proud of his Mexican heritage and Trump building a wall between Mexico and the US. It was done well.

The point that is being grasped for is that the Judge is connected to the non-defensible, racist, organization that gave lots of money to Bill Clinton for “speeches,” for Hillary’s campaign, and other vague causes.

“La Raza” means “The Race.”

Imagine a bunch of white guys forming a group called, “The Race,” and then having their group advance issues on behalf of whites, and then give scholarships only to whites.

Now imagine them having tax-free status and their OBVIOUS racially-prejudiced origins and purpose being ignored or glossed over by the media and press.

Yeah, I know, something like that can only exist while one’s eyelids are closed.

The simple fact is that this “judge” associates with a racially-biased group, which shares some common directors with the main, VERY racist, La Raza national organization. This guy does not have the proper demeanor to be a judge, let alone one presiding in a case brought against Donald Trump.

That would open the floodgates for all litigants to find something not to like and start shopping around for a new judge every time there is an unfavorable ruling for one side or the other. As I understand it, recusal needs to be a specific conflict of interest like family members involved in litigation or money changing hands, etc. a party can’t manufacture bias through new conduct after the judge has been assigned.

Exactly. See posts #29 and #41. You will start to connect the dots which confirm the suspicions.

>>Writers need to get to the point before the link / page break.

That was “old journalism” back when people already bought the paper before they read it.

This is “nu jernelizzim” where every story is click bait so the lead goes to the end forcing the reader to change the screen 3-20 times to see the reason for the story.

Bombshell or not, anyone in a few minutes can find this judge’s bio online, and it is immediately apparent that his entire legal/professional life has revolved around race/identity politics.

Another good one Ray. The key word here is “to avoid even the appearance of impropriety” which at the very minimum is being violated here.

The problem now is what should trump do next? His Trump U case is a big distraction for voters who think he just cannot take personal criticism. He should go on to attack Hillary who is getting away scot free of her criminal behavior and there is plenty of fresh meat there for Trump.
