What else could C stand for?
C is for cookie, according to Cookie Monster.
C is for corruption, something the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation engages in every single day as it accepts anticipatory presidential bribes from far and wide.

My 4-year-old granddaughter can remember simple rules. TS- top secret; S- secret; C- confidential. I can teach her these once, and she'll remember weeks later. Hillary, soon forgotten. She's not only too old, she's getting senile and perhaps descending into dementia.
