Praying ever more wisdom to Donald as he deals with these complex and important issues.
It does not seem to me a sustainable situation to have an imbalance of trade. If there is going to be trade it should effectively be a barter based system.

Immediate tariffs until these are fixed:
1) Using prison labor we can’t compete with
2) Stop industrial espionage on US companies
3) Meet the same standards of quality as US manufacturing.
Arguing to bring back Clintonian “Constructive engagement” does not seem a good idea.
