It's time to take the gloves of the U.S. economy.
I’m not sure what happened around this time 8 years ago but, whatever it was, it sent small business owners into a tailspin. Confidence plummeted, optimism evaporated, and the outlook became bleak. It stayed that way throughout the soon-to-be previous administration’s tenure.
What a difference an election makes.
Not in Kanada though ;)
Trump effect. The DOW may be over 20K by weeks end...maybe even by tomorrow night.

My first act when Trump won was to pile into small stocks.
Yeah, it's killing our bond index funds, which is a majority of our holdings, but I guess it's worth the price for not having Hillary as the next POTUS. Hopefully they will recover a year from now.

Donald Trump is the visible spearhead here, but there’s more than Donald Trump behind this.
There is a zeitgeist, and that in turn is pumped by happenings in the supernatural sphere.
It occurred to me last night, call me a weird crazy Christian or whatever, but God was getting America ready for Donald Trump long before Donald Trump launched his finally successful bid. I think the signs could be seen in country music... yes, in country music.
“The House That Built Me” — it took eight years before that got picked up by an artist. I aver that this house may be America.
“Big & Rich” — this is not a song, but a songwriting and performance team, that produces pretty good, but generic country music. They met in Nashville and 1 year later they were big time already... that’s pretty fast in an industry where the common experience is to “pay one’s dues” for years and years first.
There’s something in the wind.
As the bible says, “He [Jesus] was with a rich man in His death.” Speaking in Isaiah 53, as Christians understand it, about the sacrifice that He gave, so that our evil may be taken away and goodness may take its place.
The Holy Spirit is moving, and getting ready to rumble seriously, bigly, yugely, and big time... or else I’ve been living in nothing but a dream all my life and nothing is real. And God never does this without a reason. Watch for a revival that might look something like Nehemiah’s, after the rededication of Jerusalem with Cyrus’ benevolent aid. At the risk of sounding irreverent, all God needed to do, after Calvary, to see it happen, was to schedule in the elect. It’s that simple in principle, but oh, to get those elect cost Him Calvary. We should be eternally grateful (and will be).
Stocks and bonds tend to vary inversely, so this isn’t a surprise. Companies that are expected to do well will pay off their debts earlier, so their bonds aren’t worth as much. But the rest of their society gains.
You can’t lie forever to the market.
A blessed Spirit has brought in Donald Trump. Donald Trump isn’t just Donald Trump, if I may use an oxymoron here. Donald Trump is Donald Trump plus a gladly benevolent God and a people who have become willing to lay their pride down and accept this God’s gifts. Donald Trump as the man is being carried along for the ride.
Smart move. Hope you bought US Steel, up 80%!
Long before Donald even began to exercise much “religiosity” — God told Donald Trump about this. Yes, God did. Donald was not “religious,” in order to prove to America that it isn’t the religion that brings us blessings from God. It is our response to blessings — already foreseen by God — that raises up religion. Now, finally the horse is pulling the cart.
You’d be happy too, when your income tax form for 2017 will mean more money in your pocket and like a lot of people will be returning to work.
