They should stop watching CNN International. The only real view of what’s going on in the US for people abroad is the media... CNN being one of the worst offenders.

How ironic, my wife and I were seriously thinking of moving to South Korea if Hillary won.

And here’s the other thing, Korea is MUCH more conservative socially and politically than the U.S. And much more pro-business and economic development. In some ways it reminds me of how the U.S. was in the Eighties under Reagan.

Unfortunately, they have a crazy cousin a few miles north of Seoul that could end everything tomorrow.

Living overseas is an adventure. There are very few countries that will afford Americans the level of personal freedom, acceptance as a citizen, and scope of opportunity to which we have become accustomed as citizens. Typically, there is a romance involved. As long as marriage, health, and money holds lasts, expatriate works as an option.
