Life is a wandering stream…
and while a bend in the stream is not the end of the stream we never know for sure what is ahead.
Sometimes we simply must stop and listen to our inner voice, hoping for a revelation
but settling instead for a moment of clarity
that will guide us on the rest of our journey
wherever that may take us.

And prayers are requested by Deborah’s Palm whose dear husband is undergoing additional cancer surgery today. Please keep both of them in your thoughts and prayers.
Both of these updates serve as reminders of how precious our stewardship on this planet is.

That nicely summarizes my issue with the whole “oh, we need to help students more, spend more on resources...” rhetoric: there are a practically infinite number of resources available to all students of all income & intelligence - at some point the student has to choose to use them. To wit: there’s far more educational tools available to everyone than there is time to use anywhere close to all of it.
We live in an amazing age. Nobody lacks for anything but self-motivation.
This is what I have been saying for quite some time.
I have 600+ plastic model kits in my stash. I am 65. Mot going to be them all done.
YEs, I have several stacked in the queue for restoration, but there is that Delta Scroll Saw that needs to join me. What I don’t get to, my son will.
One of my legacies to him.
