Why would you open a civil rights investigation on a car crash? Is it against the public education system in Charlottesville because the victims couldn’t read and so didn’t understand the word “DODGE” on the front of the car, thus resulting in their deaths?

1st Amendment does not grant any citizen to commit or incite violence. One can not yell fire in a crowded theater.

When any violence is committed against an innocent civilian as was the situation in Virginia today, it is the definition of terrorism.

It matters little which laws will be used to prosecute the terrorist action today, just prosecute to the fullest action of law.

Some poor souls[ not soros’ goons] are in trouble. Everyone except Soros’s thugs that attended the event today better get their affairs in order. Some of them are going to spend a long time as a guest of the Federal Government. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton the Butchering Bitch of Ben Ghazi and Ambassador Stephens runs free and wide like a free range chicken.

#2: "Make ready the Star Chamber."

Maybe they don't know but Virginia has more than enough laws on the books to handle any situation—for well over 400 years. Feds should bugger off. One of the first Americans to articulate our rights lived in this same county.

Not just murder, an act or terrorism.

Many media outlets labelled that security guard as the Olympic bomber .... until they didn’t.

Why is murder a civil rights investigation?

The investigation should be into why the rights guaranteed to peacefully assemble and petition the government under the first amendment were denied those who had a permit to protest against the rewriting of history by a bunch of leftists who obviously came prepared for trouble - and why the police and elected authorities didn’t protect those rights......

I thought civil rights laws were to protect civilians from abuses of government.

I can remember lots of threads here where lots of us were saying, if facing deadheads blocking a road and we believed ourselves looking at a Reginald Denny situation, we would put the pedal to the metal.
Why so quick to convict?

They open a civil rights investigation because the people in the Federal government are the deep state. They would have been marching at the counter ‘riot’ if they could and they will use the full force of government, no matter what it is, to make free people submit to them.

Islam. Nuh, nuh, nuh, no! They are so special with their wicky wacky funny code words and Halloween garb. Just don't "break wind" while "making wudoo". Who do the wudoo? You do!

Although the identity of the dead woman has not been released, the fact that Feds are crowing "civil rights" so soon may lead one to infer it. My guess is that the dead woman was probably a Negro if the Feds are involved. Special rules, you know.

Not just murder, an act or terrorism.

It obviously wasn't an act of terrorism. That's just a MSM meme. The ANTIFA and BLM people were beating people bloody at the event (though they were also getting beaten bloody). Assuming this was a deliberate crash or that he wasn't crazy, this was clearly someone losing their cool or otherwise snapping in what was clearly a continuation of a low level warfare.

It's sad that the victims didn't dodge out of the way despite the "DODGE" logo written very clearly on the front of that car. (lol) All that said, a murder or terrorism incident isn't a civil rights investigation. I don't understand the reasoning for this except that BLM and ANTIFA are a protected group of people. BLM and ANTIFA brutally beat people all the time but the Federales never launch an investigation about civil rights over it.

I’m wondering though what was the motive of the crash, was he on one of the political sides, did he admit to doing it on purpose? those details are important.

What needs to happen is a civil rights investigation in the other direction, in Charlottesville as well as Berkeley.

Why was the white group required to get a permit, while the BLM/Antifa group did not get a permit and was allowed by the authorities to block streets and attack people?

What were the instructions out of the offices of the governor, the mayor and the police chief?

Is this a case in which the antifa group is the de facto violent mob ally acting in concert with Democrat authorities to deny civil rights to groups they oppose who are peacefully gathering in protest and abiding by permit requirements?

Certainly in Berkeley one gets the sense that this was the case.

When Obama’s DOJ went into a situation like in Ferguson they sent in a huge force of FBI agents and demanded access to all emails and communications to find if there was a smidgen of evidence to support a theory that the local authorities were violating the civil rights of Obama’s political base.

Will Gentleman Jeff look into whether the Governor and Mayor were imposing a double standard on the application of law enforcement in order to deny federal civil rights to political groups they oppose?
