He checked in on the 28th- most likely after 3 PM.

The biggest part is that most of those big places are sold out weeks in advance. He had to have had the reservation a pretty decent time ahead-—or IF he was a high roller THERE-—they would have comped him. They always hold rooms open for comping the high rollers.

There is some pieces missing from this puzzel. In the end—it will be ISIS. The key is in the middle east.

Exactly.

Very few people know any difference between Sheriff’s and local PDs.

Here in the Midwest I know of only one County-City merger:

NDIANAPOLIS (July 16, 2014) - In 2004, as part of his “Indy Works” plan to merge several functions of city and county government, then-Mayor Bart Peterson’s proposal to combine the Indianapolis Police Department and the Marion County Sheriff’s Department predicted that $8.8 million in annual savings would pay for the consolidation.

After several years of refusal to fulfill obligations for an audit of the merger under the original City-County Council consolidation ordinance, a recently completed but selectively revealed report finds that the savings were never realized.

Didn’t we recently have instances of wives/girlfriends/partners leaving the country after crimes? Seems to be a pattern.

He was using Marylou’s Players Club Card. Not sure why he’d use her card.”””

She was employed as a hostess at the high roller area of a Las Vegas casino. Don’t know if it was Mandalay Bay.

However-—that info clears up why he was the room in HER NAME -— he was using HER CLUB CARD.

I think there is alot more that Marylou knows about how this all came about. If he had been sending her ‘family’ money in the Far East & it amounted to quite a bit—and then she breaks up with him or they have a really big fight, then he could have flipped out & went looking for revenge.

Recent reports seem to agree that he was a multi-millionaire high roller regular at the casino. One can’t help but wonder if such people are held to the same standards of scrutiny most people would be.

I see no culpability of the hotel but it does appear this POS hauled a massive amount of suitcases and baggage. I am certain high rollers are given ample freedom as long as they keep spending so "I see nothing" attitude and house keeping kept out may have played a role. The hotel will be sued anyway as everything was sued after 9/11.

IMHO, it clears nothing.

Paddock was a high roller himself, according to his brother. Marilou hadn’t been employed as an Atlantis Casino Resort hostess for a few years.

Anyway, a high roller trumps a hostess.

Las Vegas Shooter Wired $100,000 to Philippines Last Week

by Tom Winter, Jonathan Dienst, Pete Williams and Andrew Blankstein

Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock wired $100,000 to an account in his live-in girlfriend’s home country of the Philippines in the week before he killed at least 59 people in the worst mass shooting in U.S. history, according to multiple senior law enforcement officials.

Marilou Danley, 62, traveled to Hong Kong on Sept. 25 and was in the Philippines on Oct. 1, when Paddock began his rampage, say officials, but it’s not known whether the money was intended for her, her family or another purpose.

>>“Paddock was not known to Las Vegas before his death”

>>“Paddock gambled more than $10,000 per day and in
>>some cases amounts more than $20,000 and $30,000 at Las Vegas casinos”

And why would a millionaire (comped?) gambler use the ID of his roomie/girlfriend to check in if he wasn’t planning on checking out anyhow?

Arms dealer only answers one question. Not the whole elaborate mass killing he clearly planned. It does explain why bring them all up to the room, but why even be in Vegas, why not sell them at home? Did he do any gambling this trip at all? Doesn’t seem like he had time.

To my uneducated ear it sure sounded like a belt fed weapon. I wonder if a bump stock could work with a belt.

His bank robber dad was eventually labelled a psychopath, so Paddock may well have been continuing the family tradition.

And crazy may not be the only family tradition he’s been living up to. I won’t be surprised if we learn that the professional gambling and real estate investing are how he laundered his fortune and not how he made it.

I don’t see why not, but there wouldn’t be any need since belt fed weapons are almost always full auto anyway. In any event it seems to work with a bipod.

If you study it you’ll find that the RPM can vary because of how you hold it with the bump stocks. If you let your shoulder or body deflect to absorb some recoil it slows down because it’s not going into the stock. Pure Physics.

Not really hard to conceal 1000 rounds in suitcases.

Not like he wheeled a pallet of ammo through the lobby.

“Possibly used planes to to cross border drug trafficking to amass millions then used gambling to launder money.”

That’s the same direction that I expect this to go. The gambling and real estate investing were a means for laundering and parking the money. And little brother Eric knows all about it.

Not to worry.

The DOJ under Sessions will get to the bottom of all this... sarc..

Just like the DOJ did with OBAMA / HOLDER “FAST AND FURIOUS” GUNS.

“And little brother Eric knows all about it.”

FAA data lists Eric as having been a USAF Control Tower Operator at a base in Texas at one time.

Considering his reputed wealth and overseas connections it’s easy to see him getting hold of a light machine gun. But so far all we are hearing about are the bump stock guns. Did it sound to you like the RPM varied? I wasn’t listening for that so I have no idea.
