In the 2016 election there were 10 Colorado counties that had more votes than registered voters. How does that happen?

Wasn’t it Philadelphia that had a Precinct that voted 120% for Obama? The voter corruption is strong in America.

Close your eyes, and it will all be over soon....

I do not understand the reluctance to aggressively combat this fraud

Do you have those counties?

Because voter registrations don't clean themselves. It's a normal consequence. It does not mean there were more actual voters or votes in the election, it only means there are more names on the list.

People register, then move. New people register. The old names aren't purged. Eventually, you get more people registered than voters. By itself it is not a sign of fraud.

This was from 2012 and speaks to registrations vs population, not votes to registrations. But the 10 counties and percentages match up with the numbers you had presented.

“A review of voter registration data for ten counties in Colorado details a pattern of voter bloat inflating registration rolls to numbers larger than the total voting age population. Using publicly available voter data and comparing it to U.S. Census records reveals the ten counties having a total registration ranging between 104 to 140 percent of the respective populations.”
