Kathleen Parker Proves The Moore Campaign Right About The Washington Post
DB Daily Update ^ | 11.24.2017 | David Blackmon

In case you still harbor reservations about how much you love the job Sarah Sanders is doing as White House Press Secretary, read this column from Kathleen Parker at the Washington Post. Ms. Parker complains that Ms. Sanders “humiliates the media on a daily basis.” Ummmmm…yeah, so? Is there a point here?

Ms. Parker’s big complaint – her last straw with Ms. Sanders, apparently – was that Sanders began her press briefing on Wednesday by – gasp! – asking various members of the press corps to talk about one thing for which they are actually thankful.

“For a press secretary to require professional journalists to essentially beg for their supper, surrendering their adversarial posture like a dog commanded to Drop The Bone, is an infantilizing tactic. The effect is to neutralize the opposition.”

First of all, what “professional journalists” would those be? The White House press corps is nothing but the single biggest collection of fake journalists on the planet. There isn’t a real journalist among this gaggle of primping, preening asshats.

Second, how does asking any person to talk about one positive thing in their life “infantilize” them? If the price of adulthood is chronic grumpiness, someone failed to point that out to about 99% of the people on this planet. Kathleen Parker, though, obviously got the memo.

Third, on that part about “surrendering their adversarial posture like a dog commanded to Drop The Bone,” well, this particular pack of dogs dropped those bones for eight long, disgusting Obama years that amounted to a disgrace to the entire profession of journalism. So spare us that nonsense, Kathy.

On Wednesday, a spokesman for the Roy Moore campaign referred to the Washington Post as a “worthless piece of crap.” Ms. Parker’s column presents irrefutable proof of the accuracy of that assessment.

If you listen closely it was a request not a command. It would only be enforceable by peer pressure.

“surrendering their adversarial posture”? Where was that posture when a democrat was president for 8 years? The washington press was more like a fan club of little girls for a pop star when Obama was president. That is why Moore’s team is right. Their complete change when a republican is president just proves that they aren’t journalists, but merely democrat operatives with press passes.

I understand George Will has given Peggy Noonan a dozen of his used bow ties and one of his pipes.

I recall Conrad Black saying a number of years back that his years of experience in the newspaper business basically authorized him to say that he found many journalists to be lazy, opinionated, ignorant, and intellectually dishonest. All of this involving ones like Trump or Roy Moore and others basically proves Conrad correct with his comment.

And SHE is supposed to be a CONSERVATIVE, not just in terms of the Washington Post (where Jennifer Rubin is the OTHER unconvincing cross-dresser), but on (I think) CNN where she was paired with the even more disgusting Elliot Spitzer in fake conservative/liberal format.

Spoken like a low class Alisnky strategerizing, UnAmerican liberal fascist.

Absolutely no class at all, threatened by simple kindness.

Kathleen Parker, a bare shaven, unmitigated A$$haole of the highest order of sphinctery.

I can hardly wait until Sanders gets them singing Christmas Carols. All Parker will be able to do is fart.

“Silent Night,” punctuated by Parker’s redolent flatulence. Soon nobody will read her and she will have to go to work for Marvel Comics. where her jingoism and propaganda can be put to use warping the minds of our youth.

Brilliant move by Ms. Sanders. Christmas carols next and maybe a hymn or two will send the lot of these fake journalists scurrying for the hills and thus make these briefings irrelevant.

I liked that part - let the LSM know that they are the dogs begging for scraps and the chickens fighting for a higher place in the pecking order to be the bird that's early enough to get a taste of the worm and let the other livestock know how important they are if they get to ask a inane question and garner a rebuke fit for a spoiled child....Kathleen acted conservative for some months after 911 but reverted and moved even further to the Let - must be irritation from fleas jumping off all them begging dogs she associates with.

Sarah should keep a little squirt gun filled with holy water to squirt the really Satanic journalists.

Hmmm.... the little snowflakes would probably squeal like stuck pigs with a toy squirt gun in the room; make that a water blaster!! :) Soak 'em!
