I don’t think he was Ever alive! He is a mythical creature. We only know about the Senate because thats what they tell us. He is certainly not the hard core judicial lawyer. He can’t even speak when he is called upon. He is a senile old man put in charge of the DOJ by the Deep State. He was one of the Senators who Harry Reid used to push around. Now we are stuck with this idiot. He is hoping McCain gets better so he can get his talking points.
At some point, there has got to be a reckoning. These deep-swamp critters have a lot to answer for. Unfortunately, Sessions isn’t the man to hold them to account. I think POTUS needs a new AG. Someone with sand who’s never been a DC insider.
Well the email was in August, but at that point they were talking about an insurance policy, its not know if they had one or needed to develop one and stonewalling the investigation would be one way to do it.

Unbelievable... but believable.
After all, Obama micromanaged all military actions to make them ineffective. This was far more important. It would also mean he was very worried about Hillary’s chances significantly before the election, as was Bill Clinton. She was in a narcissistic cloud of denial about any possibility of losing the election.
