After 9/11, and not one American asked where the $30 billion in gold stolen was, or the missing $2.3 trillion the Pentagon didn’t find, theft of American taxdollars went up! Now the Pentagon can’t find over $ 9 trillion dollars and no one cares but Peoples Politician Trey Gowdy. Where would Americans be today if the theft of trillions from their nation never left?

Congressman Trey Gowdy is upset that with countless agencies investigating waste, fraud, and abuse, there aren’t more criminal punishments. Trey Gowdy also asks about negligence, gross negligence, and criminal negligence numbers.

Yes, they do. Contempt of Congress is a charge that can provide punishment.

Don't be so ignorant! these criminals deserve 20 or 30 year's jail time, not just until the end of the current Congressional session.

What would you have him do? Go racing after them shouting, “Citizen’s array-est, Citizen’s array-est!”? He doesn’t have prosecutable authority - that’s up to DOJ.

When was the last time someone suffered a punishment from contempt of congress, and what was the penalty?

Trey Gowdy hasn’t prosecuted anyone for the crimes committed before his committees.

That wasn't Gowdy's job, he was merely a member of the committee who was asking the REAL questions.........BLAME THE DAMN COMMITTEE, NOT GOWDY!

Why do you think he's leaving politics and going back to the private sector?

I swear, the muck of stupid is getting deeper and deeper around here.............Sheesh!

Harriet: "Who we going after today?"

Larry: "I'm not sure"

Harriet: "Then why are we going after him?"

Larry: "Didn't you read that article in the New York Times? Didn't you see what CNN said about him?"

Harriet: "Oh, OK......Could you please relight my torch?"

What an idiot. Public school don’t even teach civics classes anymore.

You will (or should be) truly embarrassed what the House powers to punish is... You have no clue.
Clue:it's not in the Constitution.

Have at it!

Legislative Power to Punish

Nor is it the president's job.

The DOJ answers to the Chief Executive. So in that sense it is part of the president's job.

The only thing these blowhards do in government is complain about things and nothing is ever done.

The greatest thieves in all of history were not the Nazis who stole everything but the U.S. government that steals from its own people "legally" and of course grand theft in the TRILLIONS.

Gowdy IS NOT A PROSECUTOR. He’s a Congressman with no power to prosecute; only investigate. The media is supposed to report on the investigations and demand prosecutions by the DOJ. They are supposed to inform the pubic and stir up outrage in Congress. The media and the DOJ are corrupt to the core so the rule of law is dead, dead, dead. : ) : (

According to Chaffetz, Congress is sending referrals for prosecution, as required, to DOJ, which is SITTING on all of them. He's mad at Sessions.
