I prefer the simpler approach. What they do reveals who they are. And Mueller is trying to go after Trump, and he has let Hillary go free. It’s no more complicated than that.

I agree with you 100%. All tick-tock-talk to me is 100% BS. What you see is what you get.

Mueller is out to get Trump and Sessions has some reason to hide his head in the sand, probably being blackmailed.

So what does it mean that he can’t charge trump or anyone close with either a minor charge and/or process crime? Yet he indicts 13 russians who have never been in the USA. Some don’t have names. Was there an urgency there? What did Meuller accomplish?

I agree Meuller would get trump for anything he could. I think that time has since passed. Trump has Meuller on U1 at a minimum.Meuller. This is the only way to help himself.

Your animosity to AG Sessions is based on nothing but your own made-up crap. Neither you nor I nor anyone else outside of Trump’s inner circle have any clue about what he has or has not been doing and speculation in the absence of facts or data is what we politely call “BS”.

And I don’t say that with pride.

Meuller is reluctantly opening a door for future prosecutions of Hillary/Obama/Swampers.

Meuller is the last person we need anywhere near a Hillary/DOJ/FBI/IRS investigations. Not only was he part of the deep state he was one of it's leaders. Do not let him expand his inquiry into other matters better handled by some less tainted.

Yes. I get your point. You have been blabbing the same thing for several months. With no proof either way, we will have to wait for the outcome.
FWIW, I have some changes in my thinking on Mr. Sessions. He spoke up on Sunday and it was better than nothing. Would love to be wrong all around. I think Sessions will clean up all the messes in the long run. It will greatly matter if he is shown to have been working on these investigations the entire time. It would also help that he stops proclaiming “I will not comment on ongoing investigations” and then occassionaly “commenting on investigations”. It is one or the other.

The 13 Russians were charged with:
1)Stealing ID’s without the knowledge nor consent of US Persons
2) Using said fake ID’s to fraudulently open fake bank accounts.
3) Deleting emails and general obstruction

Now, this Lawyer is charged with lying to investigators and with holding/deleting emails.

A pattern leading to the missing 32,000 Clinton emails?
Maybe Putin does indeed have those emails

Sessions is a law and order guy not a typical libtard attention seeking whore. He has stated repeatedly he will not discuss ongoing investigations.. \

Sessions has said under oath that he is recused from all investigations connected to Hillary. Sessions has left in charge a guy who helped bury U1 and who signed off on a bogus FISC application, Rod RosenSwamp, to cover those investigations.

I never suggested Meuller is going to prosecute Hillary/Obama /Swamp. I said he was opening the door. He charges a lawyer with destruction of ONE email. Doesn’t that leave Hillary on the hook for 33,000 emails which were to be retained under law and investigation request. Court Orders may one day have consequences.

Meuller charges 13 russians with BS charges involving election fraud. Does this not open the door for Steele, mcCain, FBI, Hillary, Sid B., and various others who have done more serious crimes.

I have to question the assumption that Hillary’s 33,000 emails are really missing. Emails require two parties, I’ve never heard confirmation that the other ends are missing. I think Judicial Watch and others have been looking for them. When you add that most IT types don’t believe there are no copies somewhere, I would not be surprised if most of them didn’t “magically appear “ in the near future, like the billing records.

Why would Meuller indict 13 unknown people that he can’t possibly prosecute?

Even though this can't be tied directly to Trump, the media is already claiming that this proves part one of the collusion- that Russian helped Trump.

And even if they get no farther, this is enough for the left to smear Trump.

In short, those 13 indictments were red meat for the left.

I doubt anything is gone. That was not my point. Hillary was under orders from the court to preserve those emails. She was also obligated under US Records Laws. She has admitted to destroying them. so why can’t they charge her if they just indicted a lawyer for destroying ONE email during an investigation?

It would be so sweet to see the reactions of all those leftists praising Mueller IF he did all of a sudden hand down indictments against hero’s of the left. Can you imagine their reaction? WITCHHUNT! UNFAIR!

Most who are so outspoken about Sessions “hiding because they have something on him”, etc., expose themselves as one of two groups:

Either trolls or totally ignorant of the steps Sessions has and is still taking to restructure the DOJ.

There is no way he can go after Hillary or any of her close associates until he has a DOJ that he can rely on, that he can trust not to purposely screw any prosecution.

As for Mueller....he is stupidly opening avenues to DOJ investigations of almost everyone who worked with Hillary.

Remember, Sessions has recused from the Russian matter but he is free to go after Hillary.

But first he has to have a DOJ that he can trust. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of Comeys and McCabes sill in the DOJ and the FBI. The have to go before the outcome of any prosecution would be certain.

Selective prosecution is an injustice, indeed, particularly when the selectivity falls along political lines.
However, the special counsel wasn’t created to go after Hillary or Obama. It was to make sure that the current and his team(s) and associates didn’t conspire to interfere with getting elected.

That is his scope.

He should not go to jail for this.

He should sh1t or get off the pot though. This cannot go indefinitely without results, and since it would be a conflict of interest for Trump to do it, congress needs to steadily start amping up the pressure for him to produce SUBSTANTIAL RESULTS or GTFO.

IMHO, the corrupt side of this isn’t the weasily attempts to nail small players for even smaller process ‘crimes’ or obstruction. The corrupt aspect to all this is that everyone in the Mueller camp are huge Hillary guardians, and they all know that the best way to protect her is to keep scaring the crap out of Trump from getting a new SC to go after her for things that (at least from the rediculously obvious outside perspective) APPEAR TO BE 1000x more corrupt and criminal than anything Trump has done, including collusion on Uranium One, conspiring to conceal communications from oversight, using such communications to broker State deals for personal benefit, and being closely tied to people who committed espionage against congress.

Mueller is effectively a shield for Hillary... but since he isn’t doing anything (that we know of, and I suspect he is smart enough not to) to conceal or cover up, then all he is doing is stalling the process by preceding it, which isn’t a crime that I’m aware of.
