When is Mulehead going to indict David Kendal, Hillary’s lawyer?
The one who had thumb drives of Hillay’s classified emails.
Kendal did not have security clearance to handle those thumb drives.
When is he going to jail?

Either trolls or totally ignorant of the steps Sessions has and is still taking to restructure the DOJ. There is no way he can go after Hillary or any of her close associates until he has a DOJ that he can rely on, that he can trust not to purposely screw any prosecution.

Step one for the recused Sessions would be to fire Deep State Rosenstein.

But Sessions hasn't done that.

Instead Sessions puts Rosenstein in charge of all Hillary connected investigations.

Rosenstein is in charge of the so-called new U1 investigation. Never mind that Rosenstein helped bury the first U1 investigation back in 2015.

Rosenstein is in charge of the FISA investigation. Never mind that Rosenstein signed off on one of the bogus FISA application.

Is your claim, the meaning of the word recuse means no investigation?

I said, "Sessions has left in charge a guy who helped bury U1 and who signed off on a bogus FISC application, Rod RosenSwamp, to cover those investigations".

I didn't say anything about firing Rosenstein. To repeat myself, I said don't put Rosenstein in charge of the leak investigation, the Uranium One investigation and now the dossier and FISA application investigation.

Wishful thinking.

I hope you are right. But why would a government that has been ineffectual since the end of the cold war change overnight?

They are never going to indict themselves.

“....Comments please. ......”

I can only hope that the DOJ IG report is so scathing and critical of DOJ/FBI top mismanagement that Sessions has no possible alternative but to insist that charges against Hillary, Lynch, Eric Holder, Comey, Baker, and a host of others be filed.

It would also be nice to see someone go after Clapper, but that might be hoping too much.

If there is justice, then a lot of top Democrat Deep State plants, should go to jail. If there was English melodrama/novel justice, they would be offered a revolver with one bullet and told to do the honorable thing. Unfortunately, they will all go down screaming and having the MSM trying to excuse their behavior.

I expect that some like Hillary will be protected by the Main Stream Media in a mud bath of this is just wrong and it would be our bath to banana Republic status, when in fact ignoring her and her husbands crimes is exactly what being a Banana Republic is all about.

“Topsy turvy liberal crap. Indictment for not handing over ONE email....yet Hillary hid 32,000 and walks free.

“Another example of Democrat stupidity.”

Not so sure it’s Democrat stupidity or ours. They’re getting away with it and we’re sitting back, watching. Will anything, ever, get us out on the streets with protests?

“Why can’t they charge her”. That’s the $64,000 question, or why “ won’t they.”

I really don’t know. I guess that the original plan was to clear a few Swampers and maybe charge a few criminals in the long run. After Sessions recused he commented that he would not charge past opponets. The Libs went crazy with joy.

Now they pissed off trump and he is forcing to do something. It was only recently that certain investigations were mentioned. The Swamp went too far. They spied on Trump and many others. It has been proven by the Nunes Memp. I think Meuller charged a lawyer so in the future they can charge all involved. Meukker won’t do the charging. Same with the russian meetings, etc... Just setting up prosecution of Hillary, Obama, Steele, McCain, et al

I never understood the "Sessions is asleep" crowd.

If Trump was unhappy with Sessions, he'd have replaced him a long time ago. Trump had no trouble at all firing James Comey despite knowing the firestorm that would result. Also, I'm sure Sessions would step aside voluntarily if Trump truly wanted him gone.

So the obvious conclusion is that Trump is happy with the performance of Jeff Sessions. There can be no other conclusion to draw.

You have stated the problem precisely and Trump is indeed responsible that the highest ranking democrats in the US are walking around free.

Sessions did not tell POTUS that he planned to recuse from every subject under the sun. He did state that he would not charge previous administrations or candidates. Then various people in Congress threatened to have trump impeached if he fired Sessions. McCain, Graham etc... I know this was documented many times.

It is all speculation at this point. It is currently looking like Sessions has made some type of deal to prosecute. We don’t know who or when. There are many on FR that think there are 13,000 Sealed Indictments. That seems a little strange.
