BOMBSHELL: Top FBI Insider Who Quit Over Rigged Hillary Probe Ready to Spill Beans on Comey & Obama

An FBI agent who quit his top position over the bureau’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation is heading to Congress to testify. John Giacalone, who led the Clinton investigation for the first seven months, will reportedly expose former President Barack Obama and fired FBI Director James Comey for corruptly helping Clinton.

There’s a massive media blackout on this because Giacalone is expected to testify that top brass at the FBI rigged the investigative process so that Clinton could skirt charges for clear violations of the law. Exposing Comey also shines a big light on Obama, who many believe was calling the shots behind the scenes to help Clinton.

The joint investigation, which is being led by Republican Reps. Bob Goodlatte of Virginia and Trey Gowdy of South Carolina, have laid the groundwork for Congress to finally hold the failed Democratic presidential nominee accountable for breaking the law.

True Pundit wrote about Giacalone in September 2016, the first media outlet to detail why he quit the FBI over Comey’s tainted Hillary Clinton probe. From True Pundit before the presidential election in 2016:

The word BOMBSHELL has been so over-used, I want to yawn every time I see it. This better happen, better happen soon, and better be verifiable, undeniable, indisputable, hard EVIDENCE. This whole narrative has been very unfulfilling.

There have been plenty of bombshells pointing to guilt. It's just that the DOJ doesn't do anything about it.

Anyone else notice that there’s an endless number of stories that things are “ready” to happen . . . but nothing ever does?

Here is a 95-page federal indictment

https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4491672-Weinstein-Rico-06-01-2018-Suit.html

Notice the key words Weinstein-RICO.

Dated June 1st 2018

Plaintiffs include: Miramax film, Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises, 12 named others, Does 1-10, and John Does 1-50.

(and recall the EO of December 21 2017 regarding freezing of funds and assets)

You mean things don’t happen on your timetable? How can this be??

Please stop with your endless shtick.

It's not that Sessions is tardy and that folks are impatient. It's that Sessions said he was recused. He has announced that he's not coming.

The thing with RICO for sex predators is that they involve the organizations that protect them. Reading the table of contents at the first 94 page class action lawsuit you linked, I see promise in terms like “Weinstein, Miraxmax, and the Weinstein Sexual Enterprise”, mention of complicit producers and Weinstein’s “army of spies”, “pattern of racketeering” etc. This is the organized crime angle of pervy Hollywood - it is massive. The second one at your link seems to pull in The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises too. Many names and unnamed. Looks promising. HURRAH!

Unless this former agent has spilled the beans to the IG, testifying before Congress will mean squat.

The complaint also alleges that she sought help from the law firm of Benjamin Brafman last fall, and turned over evidence to the firm not realizing that Brafman was representing Weinstein.

Concorde Catering Indicted, in USA

Indicted by Chief Pettifogger and Prosecutor of Ham Sandwiches, Robert Mueller.

You are aware that Concorde Catering did not exist as a company during the time in which Mueller alleges the crimes took place?

You gave Mueller 3 points for this?

Get over it kids. The show begins in two or three days. Justice will be served.

Just lay back and be cool.

Nearly everyone here seems like a person who has never felt God, never seen or witnessed a near miracle, or observed pure excellence.

Hold the useless venom toward each other.

That's a mistake on my part. I know that 3 companies were indicted, one has chosen to answer. Wrong Concord entity.

Thanks, I'll fix it.

That's a mistake on my part. I know that 3 companies were indicted, one has chosen to answer. Wrong Concord entity.

In all fairness, this one should still be a part of the list scored with -3 points because while it was an indictment, it was the government indicting the proverbial ham sandwich.

Herr Mueller brought an indictment against a company that did not exist at the time he alleges the crimes took place.

Bone-headed move.

You're also forgetting about Herr Mueller's pettifoggery in the Concord case. (See: Judge rejects Mueller's request for delay in Russian troll farm case - Russian firm linked to Putin’s chef accuses special counsel of ‘pettifoggery.’)

The Mueller team proposed that both sides file briefs in the coming weeks on the issues of whether Concord has been properly served.

In a blunt response Saturday morning, Concord’s attorneys accused Mueller's team of ignoring the court’s rules and suggesting a special procedure for the Russian firm without any supporting legal authority.

“Defendant voluntarily appeared through counsel as provided for in [federal rules], and further intends to enter a plea of not guilty. Defendant has not sought a limited appearance nor has it moved to quash the summons. As such, the briefing sought by the Special Counsel’s motion is pettifoggery,” Dubelier and Seikaly wrote.

The '[federal rules]' refers to the acceptance of jurisdiction. Once a defendant sends a discovery request to the plaintiff (as Concord did) answer a summons (as Concord did) then the legal assumption is that the defendant acknowledges they have been properly served.

So, any delay on these grounds (as Mueller did) is pettifoggery. I like the Merriam-Webster definition of a pettifogger:

1 : a lawyer whose methods are petty, underhanded, or disreputable : SHYSTER
