I was going to doublecheck before I posted but Im on my Phone.
Darn... LOL
Is making McDonald menu items an artistic act?
3 words...Chic Fil A
First off, the guy was a Game Warden, not a cop. Second off, what makes the ni....., feral youth think they can adjudicate anything?

Agreed...about Game Warden...Guy probably wasn’t ‘humiliated’ but GLAD someone finally called him a COP.
His wife sounds like she has some social ‘issues’ of her own AND if I had already paid for my meal there certainly would be a ‘log jam’ at the Drive in window as I wouldn’t be going ANYWHERE until FULL refund in hand, then take my time counting it.
Strictly hypothetical on my part as I haven’t darkened the door of a McDs UNLESS it was in a Gas Station setting and then ONLY to take a dump.
Any money spent is at the Station register.
Most GW carry a badge and firearm because they are swore officers. Law enforcement or peace officer, but not POLICE officer.
You cannot afford to turn the other cheek. It is time to turn on these creeps and get with it.These SOB.s will never stop until we use force.
“but she claims she never wanted the young employee to lose his job.”
Then she is part of the problem.
Last week, Officer Scott Naff of the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries was denied service by a young McDonalds drive-thru worker, who took one look at Naff in his uniform and stated, I aint serving no cops.
Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.
Then us “ old heads” just need to step up and disabuse them of their more specious notions. IOW, they need a boot up their ass.

There comes a time when you’re fresh out of turned cheeks and then it’s time to kick ass.

I understand that as are dog catchers (now usually Deputy Sheriffs or Police in VA), ABC types, prison guards etc but of all I have known, including armed ‘rent a cops’ do not mind if you call them a cop.
I would NOT have accepted that meal from the guy in the kitchen IF the staff was all standing around looking at him (like the wife says) I definitely would not have moved from the line until ALL my money was refunded and probably a ‘written apology’ from the duty manager.
Probably would have taken a 911 call to get the ‘line moving’.
For that wife to say they didn’t want to see the kid fired is ludicrous, she or he shouldn’t have had to even mention it, the Mgr on duty should have relieved him immediately and sent him home.
Notice how conveniently(??) the name of the town or city wasn’t mentioned YET full color pictures of the Warden and his wife so ‘hiding’ ID isn’t a problem.
“First off, the guy was a Game Warden, not a cop.”
First off, you’d be wrong about that.
Game Wardens are police officers. They are POST/SLED certified and are sworn officers. It’s juvenile to think just because they don’t ride around in a black & white means they ain’t cops. They are assigned game warden duties, but they are every bit a cop as any other cop. Go punch one in the nose and tell us the charges don’t include assaulting a police officer.
“Law enforcement or peace officer, but not POLICE officer.”
There is no difference in those three terms. None.
>>Then us old heads just need to step up and disabuse them of their more specious notions. IOW, they need a boot up their ass.
And that’s the purpose of the “NO” speech. (Check with the FTO, but I think a physical boot up their ass is illegal—even if that is exactly what they really need.)
I’m sure it was very much appreciated.
And I *HATE* throwing out perfectly good food just because its’s policy.
First off Game and Fish Officers in most States have full arresting powers State wide.
Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVUJTH8i5C0&frags=pl%2Cwn
In Michigan Conservation officers are sworn,go thru the academy the state troopers go through, and then have to go through MORE training than the troops for their specific duties. In the upper peninsula, they are often the closest law enforcement officer available and back up the troops and the local PD often. They ARE cops in name and fact.

Sorry, Toadie. They AIN’t cops. Bunny cops is what we call them.
Not anymore. The figurative, psychological boot up the ass. The way DI’s and FTO’s know how to complicate your existence with out resort to physical violence. My FTO’s never touched me but nonetheless made my life...interesting.
CC
Then you’d be wrong. And taking it personal. Why I don’t know. Perhaps low self-esteem.
