In my home state he would lose 2-4 weeks of unemployment benefits if the employer pressed the "dismissal for cause" which is unlikely to happen. After that he would have 26 weeks of bennies to spend as he chooses chillin' with his home boys.
of course there is, police are not game wardens, correctional officers, park rangers, or Alcohol and beverage control officers. And correctional officers cannot patrol a city and enforce laws like a cop when they are off duty.

we were corrections, not cops. Here’s a story. i live din Elf Grove south of sacramento, The CHP commissioner had moved there in the 1970s so a lot of sheriff’s deputies (who don’t like to be called cops) ate in this coffee shop alongside CHP.
One morning I stoped and chatted up the deputies and when i left i said give me a ten minute head start. They said, it’s ok, we’re not traffic cops, that’s those guys, pointing at the CHP, Fun days.
In prisons I was called a lot of things but not cop and our training was specific about how far our LE powers extended.

So the cop’s wife is a bleeding heart, and an idiot (is that redundant?). She seems to think that employees never are given any training. Having been in H.R., I’d like to tell her that training is done ALL the time.
If an employee is a racist black male, he’s gonna be a racist black male no matter how much training he gets.
A business decision on part of the owner who if they didnt fire the ‘empowered’ leftard-activist they ran the risk of NEVER having another cop show up for meals (*OR* if called about a crime) in the future .
It also if left unresponded to as smearing the whole corporate venture with similar risks when they are perceived as supporting these hateful leftist types.
Why aren’t these restaurants addressing this NOW instead of waiting for this crap to happen and then try to clean it up afterwards.
Tell the employees you will hold them financially responsible for any loss of revenue for their behavior and they are welcome to leave if there is a class of people they think they will get away with not serving.
Seems we hear a lot of these scenarios happening at Mcds. What’s the common denominator?
