Just wanted to go back to this Mandalay Bay shooting in Vegas for a minute or two. At the time they opined that Paddock's motive was unknown. I just loooked again and they still say that. Wow. Well, not really. As I said afterward, this was a terrorist attack meant to destroy the Mandalay Bay/or MGM.
As despicable as he and his actions were, from a say, military guerrilla standpoint, it is pretty ingenious. A typical stumble bum would lose a lot a dough at a casino, go in and maybe shoot a few people, get shot dead himself, and the big boys on the top floor would continue drinking their brandy, Cuban cigars, no big deal.
But Paddock, by shooting and killing and maiming all of those people knew he would be setting in motion hundreds of lawsuits that would either break the casino or come very close to destroying it.
This is proven by the fact that the Mandalay Bay just counter-sued the victims of the shooting, claiming they wantonly and recklessly stayed in the line of fire (Bad, bad, victims!) They can't pay off on all of these law-suits. By counter-suing the victims they have already signed their death warrant as people will begin boycotting Mandalay Bay in droves.(As they should and will, yesterday the one of the injured's lawyers had a victim in a wheelchair crying over this, again, as he should).
Whether paying off the lawsuits or suffering a huge fall-off in business, Mandalay Bay is screwed to the tune of hundreds of millions or perhaps billions of dollars. And not only Mandalay Bay but it's parent company MGM.
Paddock was despicable, but his M.O. at getting revenge on the casino was quite brilliant.
Note to Mandalay and MGM: You're screwed. The only option now is to pick your method of screwdom. The really sad part? A short walk over to bankruptcy court and the owners keep their Cubans and their brandy. "Makes ya wanna holla.'"

This is something President Trump needs to have investigated. If there is any investigation agencies he can trust.
I bet that the folks that are waaaaaaay into gambling aren’t boycotting anyone or anything no matter how despicable if they are offered good enough deals. So what is the profit margins for casinos, legit or shady, thin or gigantic?

the hotel is not likely to be liable for damages unless there was some form of negligence. I haven’t heard of anything like that yet.
It is quite possible that Paddock connected with some ISIS people for help with the send-off. ISIS did in fact claim to be responsible, for what ever that might be worth.
I would doubt very much that the Government wants any further public investigation of the matter.
Look for some quiet Government pressure on the Mandalay Bay principles to "pay up, shut up, and go away".

My understanding is that Stephen Paddock died debt free and left an estate worth almost a million dollars.
In any event, Paddock was either a well camouflaged psychopath or a profoundly evil human being.
And we can be certain that most or all of his estate will be awarded to his victims.

and a TSA agent and her boyfriend witness two women standing on bales of hay at the back of the venue ..ONE FILMING WITH HER PHONE AND TALKING TO HER BOYFRIEND ASKING IF HE COULD SEE OK... AND THE OTHER COMMENTING ITS GONNA START SOON... who were they..??

what about room 32-134... and the fact that it was 2 people breaking out the wondiws...
what about the Australian who gave interviews shortly after the evnet with details not available nor released by the FBI or LVMPD until days afterward
