When the final scores were posted it didn’t look so good for the Bernie Bros and the Ocasio Sista’s: Socialists 0 - Capitalist Pigs 5.
Socialism fails. Every. Time. It’s tried.
So, it looks like the Big Blue Wave might actually be…a big blue undertow.
I’m thinking if all the Democrats form a human chain and wade into the sea they may be able to save their brethren swept out to sea.
And if that doesn’t work, and they all get swept away, well, what the heck? Good try, Democratic Socialists of America!

Democrats who campaign as anti-Socialist will, if elected, embrace much of the socialist agenda once they get to Washington. In their hearts they know what they really are.
I don’t call them socialists anymore, not even democraps. They’re Communists.

Someone described the democratic party as two wings:
1. The insane wing - they are totally socialist and support the policies promoted by the far left whackos but understand the importance of appearing “mainstream” and “looking out for the litle guy”.
2. The crazy wing - They ARE the far left whackos, and they want to bring their crazy socialist and fascist views and policies out and lay them right on the table in front of God and everybody. Their experience in the echo chamber tells them we are all really like them and if everybody knows, then they can’t lose.
The Insanes are losing, and they are seriously frightened. This is why we have the #walkaway movement and a lot of people just doing it without putting a label on it.
As long as the crazies are beating the insanes, we have one of two paths to look forward to in the US:
1. The democrat party evaporates.
2. We get to play out, in real life, our own real life version of Dr. Zhivago, but without the love triangle.
