They were held in prison for twenty months without bail. They were put through two trials and in the end were found not guilty by juries both times on numerous felony charges with the jury deadlocked on the remaining charges.
Federal prosecutors intended to try them for a third time in connection with the Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch on April 12, 2014.
It was at that point right before the critical third Bunkerville Standoff Trial, where the evidence concealment was brought out into the open and charges against key defendants dismissed, that the emotionally and physically brutalized Scott Drexler and Eric Parker opted for a plea deal.
They pled guilty to misdemeanor charges and finally last Thursday August 9th, the plea deals were finalized before US District Judge Gloria M. Navarro.....

There are some going through plea deals while the Sessions US Attorney in Las Vegas and the prosecution team have filed that they will appeal dismissal of the Bunkerville charges against Cliven Bundy and other key defendants.

Sessions, the biggest weakling ever to hold the office of A.G., only picks on the weak. For example, he came down hard on the geriatric herb growers who illegally transported 100# of ginseng and got socked with a $65,000 fine last week and these ranchers, who only tried to protect U.S. grazing land from wildfire instead of letting it burn California-style. Sessions is an embarrassment to the South.

When President Trump endorses the various GOP candidates saying they are “tough on crime” we shouldn’t be seeing the federal government doing this kind of stuff.

It is a felony for the prosecution to knowingly withhold evidence, especially after it has been requested by opposing party. When was the prosecutor arrested? When is his hearing before the BAR to lose his license scheduled?

I used to like Sessions. He and other turned the Clinton impeachment into a sex story, when it was about USA national security: selling USA secrets to our enemies.
